Abstract: A compressor controller for operating a compressor within an industrial automation environment is provided. The compressor controller includes a control module, configured to control the compressor via control settings, and a machine learning module, coupled with the control module. The machine learning module is configured to receive a set of supervised data related to the compressor, and to train with the supervised data to produce a Newtonian physics model representing the inputs and outputs of the compressor within the industrial automation environment. The machine learning module is also configured to receive performance data related to the compressor, receive environment data related to the compressor, and to process the performance data and environment data to produce predicted future performance data for the compressor, and to produce control settings for the compressor.

Abstract: Provided herein are systems, methods, and software for preserving timestamp data in an industrial automation environment. In one implementation, one or more computer-readable storage media having program instructions stored thereon to preserve timestamp data in an industrial automation environment, wherein the program instructions, when executed by a computing system, direct the computing system to at least receive, at a controller, event data of an event from an electronic device, wherein the event data comprises a status of the event and the timestamp of the event. The program instructions also direct the computing system to determine an identification value based on the event data and load the status of the event, the timestamp of the event, and the identification value to a queue within the controller. The timestamp of the event includes the timestamp transmitted from the electronic device.

Abstract: The present technology relates to artificial intelligence assisted device configuration. In an implementation, an interface service of a device design application receives an input comprising an association between a device and a controller of an automation system design. The interface service then generates a first prompt requesting an application type associated with the device. The interface service next transmits the first prompt to a large language model and receives a first response to the first prompt from the large language model, wherein the first response includes the application type. The interface service then generates a second prompt requesting configuration settings for the device based on the system information and the application type. The interface service next transmits the second prompt to the large language model and receives a second response to the second prompt that includes configuration settings for the device. The interface service then displays the second response.

Abstract: A method may include receiving, via a secure deployment management (SDM) system, data associated with one or more operations of an industrial device from a secure deployment management (SDM) node associated with the industrial device. The data is received via a secure communication channel established by the SDM system with the SDM node and security protocols. The method also includes sending the data to a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) container component may perform tasks in conjunction with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) process, such that the CMMS container component may communicate with the CMMS process via a first firewall through which the SDM system is incapable of communicating. The SDM system may enable the data associated with the operations to communicate with the SDM node through a second firewall between the SDM system and the SDM node, the second firewall being different from the first firewall.

The processor may determine a container to be deployed to the target device based on the container generating the additional data when deployed on the target device. The processor may deploy the container to the target device.
