Abstract: A liquid crystal display panel includes two base substrates disposed spaced apart from each other, a pixel, and at least one polarizer. The liquid crystal display panel includes a transmitting area and a light blocking area disposed adjacent to the transmitting area. The polarizer includes a reflection part overlapped with the light blocking area and a polarization part overlapped with the transmitting area. The polarization part includes lyotropic chromonic liquid crystal dye molecules aligned in a predetermined direction.
