    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for transmitting data, including: sensing, by a first device, a scheduling assignment (SA) of another device; measuring a received power of the other device, and measuring a total received energy of a subframe/subband; determining a received power reference value and a total received energy reference value of the other device according to the SA; selecting resources; and transmitting data using the selected resources. According to the method of the present disclosure, the performance of the method which avoids collision based on SA is improved, and measurement accuracy of the total received energy of the subband is increased. Thus, resource selection/re-selection can be performed better. As such, interferences between devices can be avoided effectively.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a resource allocation method and a User Equipment (UE). The resource allocation method includes the following steps as configuring one or more resource pools, and sensing, by a UE, each configured resource pool to obtain a result of sensing, selecting, from a set of remaining candidate single time unit resources of each resource pool contained in the result of sensing, one candidate single time unit resource as a transmission resource, and transmitting, via the transmission resource, a packet to be transmitted which is borne by the transmission resource. The present disclosure also provides a method of sidelink communication performed by a control user equipment (CUE), which comprises determining transmission resources and reception resources for internal communication, transmitting data to member user equipments (MUEs) in the determined transmission resources, and receiving data from the MUEs in the determined reception resources.

    Abstract: An apparatus and a method for feeding back data receiving status, applied to a system, are provided. The method includes sequencing, by a User Equipment (UE), downlink subframes for transmitting data with respect to each Component Carrier (CC), generating receiving status feedback information for the first X downlink subframes with respect to each CC according to the result of the sequencing, where X≤M, wherein M is the number of downlink subframes on each CC, and transmitting the receiving status feedback information generated with respect to each CC to a base station. Accordingly, the UE will not misinterpret the receiving status for the downlink subframes due to inconsistencies with the base station between transmitting and receiving feedback. This affects the Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) transmission, saves the uplink overheads occupied by the receiving status feedback information, and increases the uplink coverage area.

    Abstract: Provided are a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT), with a transmission and receipt processing method and device for time-frequency synchronization between V2X terminals. When a synchronization signal to be transmitted is identical to a synchronization signal of an existing D2D terminal, time-frequency resources configured for the D2D terminal in a cell are reused to transmit the synchronization signal. When synchronization signal to be transmitted is different from a synchronization signal of an existing D2D terminal, reconfigured time-frequency resources are used to transmit the synchronization signal. The synchronization signal transmitted by a V2X terminal indicates a corresponding synchronization source type by using a value of an SLSS sequence index and/or a value of a PSBCH specified field.

    Abstract: A method performed at a network node for scheduling DL transmissions and a corresponding network node is disclosed.     Abstract: Methods, device, and User Equipment (UE) for processing a soft buffer, used in a Time Division Duplexing (TDD) system where uplink-downlink subframe distribution changes dynamically, are provided. A first method includes allocating, by a base station, transmission resources for a UE, and determining a parameter for processing a soft buffer, and performing rate matching for Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH); and sending, by the base station, data to the UE via Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) and PDSCH.     Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The present invention provides a method and device for vehicle to everything (V2X) communications. The method comprises: receiving configuration signaling transmitted by an eNB, and then determining, according to the configuration signaling, at least one of a search space corresponding to S-DCI_C, a transmission carrier of S-DCI_C, and the number of bits corresponding to S-DCI_C; or determining, according to the configuration signaling, at least one optional time position information for transmitting a Side Link Synchronization Signal (SLSS) and a Physical Sidelink Broadcast CHannel (PSBCH), and then, based on coverage state about whether a first UE is within cellular network coverage, according to the type of a reference synchronization source, determining time position information from the at least one optional time position information for transmitting the SLSS and the PSBCH, identity information of the SLSS to be transmitted, and the value of the inCoverage field in the PSBCH to be transmitted. The present application also provides a transmitting and receiving method in V2X communication, comprising the steps of: detecting, by a first-type UE, a PSCCH in format of SCI X transmitted by other UEs, and determining, according to the SCI X, whether to further measure PSSCH-RSRP of a PSSCH scheduled by the SCI X and whether to further decode the PSSCH scheduled by the SCI X. The method provided by the present application further comprises the steps of: detecting, by a second-type UE, a PSCCH in format of SCI X transmitted by other UEs, and determining, according to a modulation and coding bit field in the SCI X and a predefined TBS mapping rule, a TBS of a PSSCH scheduled by the SCI X. The method provided by the present application further comprises the step of: determining, by the second-type UE and according to a modulation scheme, the transmitting power of the PSCCH of the SCI X and the transmitting power of the PSSCH scheduled by the SCI X. By the above method, the coexistence of a first-type V2X UE and a second-type V2X UE can be better realized, and the transmission efficiency of the second-type V2X UE can be improved.
