    摘要: A monolithic accelerometric transducer comprises a fixed part, two mobile mass parts and a resonator having ends fastened to said mobile parts, a flexible frame around the two mobile parts, and two connecting members connecting the frame to the second mobile part and to the fixed part. The frame provides a mechanical filter between the resonator and the fixed part which is not affected by the vibrations of the resonator. The quality factor Q of the resonator is not degraded and the measurement provided by the transducer is more accurate. In a differential output accelerometer, the position of the transducer is deduced from that of another, identical transducer by rotation of 180.degree. about an axis parallel to the resonator, the fixed parts of the transducers being fastened together.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method of correcting a digital mammogram of a breast containing an implant. According to the invention, brightnesses situated at and around the implant peak (PI) in the low frequency component of the image (XLP) are attenuated (ATT) as compared with a function (P1) that is applied to the other brightnesses, thereby attenuating the implant.The invention also provides a method of segmenting an implant in a radiographic image, the method being characterized by the following steps: smoothing the image by a noise-reducing lowpass filter, applying a non-directional spatial derivative filter, pixel thresholding, and selecting an outline to define the segmented portion of the image that corresponds to the implant.

The system includes an X-ray source adapted to irradiate the object with a beam of X-rays from a plurality of positions in a sector, an X-ray detector positioned relative to the X-ray source to detect X-rays transmitted through the object and a processor which is adapted to generate a three dimensional image of the object based on X-rays detected by the detector. The detector is adapted to move relative to the object and/or the X-ray source is adapted to irradiate the object with the beam of X-rays such that the beam of X-rays follows in a non arc shaped path and/or a center of the beam of X-rays impinges substantially on the same location on the detector from different X-ray source positions in the sector.
