摘要: An image processing device is provided. The device includes: a processor configured to: perform first tone mapping on an input image frame using a brightness enhancement tone curve corresponding to a current ambient illuminance value to obtain a first result; obtain histogram tone curves by applying a variable contrast limit to a plurality of histograms respectively corresponding to a plurality of sub-images, constituting a previous image frame; perform second tone mapping on the input image frame by interpolating the histogram tone curves to obtain a second result; and provide output image data by performing third tone mapping on the input image frame based on the first result and the second result. The brightness enhancement tone curve corresponds to a first human vision system (HVS) response to a reference ambient illuminance value and a second HVS response to a target ambient illuminance value.

摘要: A method for determining a greyness level of a strand of hair and a system adapted to implement this method are provided. First, an image of the strand of hair representing it according to a predefined representation standard is obtained. The image comprises a portion representing the strand of hair with pixels. Then, for each pixel of the portion, a luminance value is determined. After that an amount of pixels in the portion for which the determined luminance value is above a threshold luminance value is determined. Finally, the greyness level of the strand of hair is determined by estimating a ratio of the determined amount of pixels over a total amount of pixels in the portion.

Using the determined upper boundary, end points of bins of histogram values are determined. Using the determined end points of the bins of histogram values, luma values are allocated to the bins. The high-dynamic range image content is processed based at least in part on the allocations to the bins. Image data including the processed high-dynamic range image content is displayed via an electronic display.

摘要: A method comprising: receiving a hyperspectral image of a scene; selecting one or more bands from the hyperspectral image; and processing the selected bands to produce a color image, wherein processing the selected bands to produce a color image includes: generating an LMS image by performing an RGB-to-LMS conversion on the selected bands; replacing a V-channel of an HSV image with an enhanced L-channel of the LMS image to produce a resultant HSV image, the HSV image being an image of the same scene as the hyperspectral image; and performing an HSV-to-RGB conversion on the resultant HSV image produces the color image.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for analyzing a set of images of a coronary artery tissue. The method comprises segmenting the images for the presence of normal artery features and those associated with OCT, correcting artifacts, and optimizing the images. The method further comprises segmenting the diseased tissue into distinct tissue types, and measuring features of interests of the segmented tissue types. The method further comprises compiling a first set of measurements for each identified feature of interest at a first time, and a second set of measurements at a second time subsequent to the first time. The method further comprises determining changes in the coronary artery tissue, indicative of progression or regression of a diseased state, or prediction of multiple adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) such as cardiac death or myocardial infarction.
