摘要: A light detecting device includes a case, a light introducing member and a light receiving element. A predetermined light is incident into an inlet face of the introducing member, and an outlet face of the introducing member emits the light incident into the inlet face. A first distance is defined between a top point of the outlet face and a focus of the introducing member, and a second distance is defined between the top point of the outlet face and a light receiving face of the receiving element. The outlet face has a convex lens shape in a manner that the first distance is smaller than the second distance.

摘要: A signal from a tuner is outputted to a primary display. An analog signal from another tuner is digitally compressed, subjected to an encrypting process, transmitted to a secondary display by a wireless LAN, and displayed by an LCD of the secondary display. An output of a digital tuner is displayed by the primary display. A video signal of 480I is transmitted to the secondary display. A signal inputted through the Internet is decoded and sent to the primary display. The signal is sent to the secondary display in the compressed state without being decoded and the decoding process is executed in the secondary display.

摘要: The present invention can reliably adjust the lip-sync between an video and audio at a decoder side, without making the viewer feel strangeness. In this invention, the encoded video frames to which video time-stamps VTS are attached and the encoded audio frames to which audio time-stamps ATS are attached, all received, are decoded, generating a plurality of video frames VF1 and a plurality of audio frames AF1. The video frames VF1 and audio frames AF1 are accumulated. Renderers 37 and 77 calculate the time difference resulting from a gap between the reference clock for the encoder side and the system time clock stc for the decoder side. In accordance with the time difference, the timing of outputting the plurality of video frames, one by one, on the basis of a timing of outputting the plurality of audio frames, one by one. Hence, the lip-sync can be achieved, while maintaining the continuity of the audio.

摘要: A touch panel 47 is constructed by a display/sensor unit 51a which is slightly larger than a display screen of an LCD 46 and a sensor unit 51b which is projected to the outside from one side, for example, from one side on the right. A finger 52 of the user is touched to a selection item such as desired button, icon, or the like on the display/sensor unit 51a and vertically moved on the sensor unit 51b. A selection display 53 constructed by a plurality of buttons is displayed along the side of the right side of the display screen by the LCD 46. A button beside the finger 52 is highlighted and when the finger 52 is released, the highlighted button is selected. If there are no buttons adjacent to the finger 52, the button is not highlighted. Even if the finger 52 is released, the state is not changed. When finger 52 is moved to the display/sensor unit 51a, the selection display 53 disappears.
