摘要: The invention involves a sort of curved film projection system, including a rendering surface, a projection screen, a real scene rendering model of image system, a rendering model of projection system that renders the projection the image rendered by the rendering model of image system on the rendering surface, and projecting devices that projects the image finally rendered by the rendering model of projection system onto the projection screen through optical lens. The viewing direction and angle from observer's eyes to the rendering surface is consistent with that to the projection screen: The image system rendering model can be reversible on optical path with the projection system rendering model. The curved film projection system not only reduces the rendering cost, but also produces lifelike experience for audience.

摘要: Various embodiments are disclosed relating to techniques to transmit data rate control signals for multicarrier wireless systems. According to an example embodiment, a wireless apparatus may be adapted to transmit at least a first data rate control (DRC) value via an in-phase channel and at least a second DRC value via a Quadrature-phase channel. The first DRC value may be associated with a first forward link carrier and the second DRC value may be associated with a second forward link carrier. In this manner, DRC values may be transmitted over both the I and Q channels, for example.

摘要: A base station transmits control information to a mobile station. A first control channel is transmitted to the mobile station. The first control channel contains an indication of the number of control channel occurrences in a frame. A second control channel is transmitted to the mobile station in a control subframe. The second control channel contains information for communicating a packet between the base station and the mobile station. The control subframe is determined from the number of control channel occurrences in the frame. The packet can then be communicated between the base station and the mobile station in a subframe based on the control channels transmitted.

摘要: An approach is provided for addressing in a multiple carrier communication system. In one embodiment, a group index is assigned to a group of terminals of a communication network. The group index permits sharing of addressing indices supported by the communication network for transmission of data to the group of terminals. In another embodiment, a plurality of terminals is classified using preamble indices corresponding to the terminals into one or more classes. A multi-user packet, which utilizes the preamble indices to activate only a class of the terminals for processing the multi-user packet, is generated.

摘要: In the system acquisition process system information is non-coherently detected using correlation of reconstructed and received preamble signals, such as the primary broadcast control channel (PBCCH) and the acquisition pilots (TDM1, TDM2, and TDM3). The phase correlation signals between the correlated signals of PBCCH and TDM2 or TDM3 and between the correlated signals of TDM2 and TDM3 are combined to decode other sector interference (OSI) information and the like. Acquisition is also made more efficient by taking advantage of predictable information based on system synchronicity. The sync/async bit is included in at least one of the acquisition pilots. The mobile then uses knowledge of system synchronicity to more efficiently detect the additional information in the superframe preamble.

摘要: A method to provide timely and accurate control channel information to an Access Network is disclosed to facilitate power control and data packet transmission. Upon receiving a packet error from the Access Network, an Access Terminal transmits a Packet-Error-Triggered (PET) control channel information to the Access Network. The PET control channel information may contain the same type of information as those contained in the regular periodical control channel information. Alternatively, the PET control channel information may contain a different type of information from those contained in the regular periodical control channel information. The PET control channel information may be transmitted using channel gain higher than that used for the regular periodical control channel information to improve its reliability at the Access Network receiver. The PET control channel information can also be utilized to improve the performance of decoding the Reverse Acknowledgement Channel (R-ACKCH).

摘要: An approach is provided for specifying channel state information in a multi-carrier communication system. A determination of either spectral locations of a first carrier and a second carrier, or correlation between the first carrier and the second carrier is made. A report format among a plurality of report formats is selected based on either the determined correlation or spectral locations. Each of the report formats specifies channel state information for the first carrier and the second carrier. The channel state information includes data rate information.
