摘要: A mobile communication system includes a plurality of radio base stations forming respective radio zones and a mobile station selecting a wait zone and a base station to which a request for a message channel is to be issued. Each of the plurality of radio base stations is assigned an order of priority. Information relating to the order of priority is used by the mobile station to select a wait zone and a base station to which a request for a message channel is to be issued.

摘要: This invention provides a device for preventing sway of a suspended load, which does not require complex calculation for eliminating frictional resistance components. The device is equipped with a speed control device (14) for outputting a torque command based on a speed command, a torque command filter (16), and a load torque observer (4) for estimating the load torque, and configured to output a value obtained by adding a load torque estimation signal to an output of the torque command filter (16). The device is further equipped with a high-pass filter (32) for outputting a signal TRFLHPF in which a frictional resistance component is eliminated from the load torque estimation signal and a sway angle calculator (33) for outputting a sway angle estimation calculated value θe obtained by multiplying a sway angle calculator factor by the output signal TRFLHPF. A value obtained by subtracting a damping compensation signal NRFDP obtained by damping-compensating the sway angle estimation calculated value θe from a speed command created by a speed pattern creation circuit (11) is inputted to the speed control device (14).

摘要: Through enhancement of productivity in a gas flow-path formation member, rising of production cost and deterioration of productivity of a cell that contains the gas flow-path formation member in cell components of the cell are prevented.A porous board 32 as a gas flow-path formation member that is individually formed from a separator is a molded piece containing carbon powder as raw materials, whereby possibilities of corrosion in an inner cell environment are naturally lower than the metallic-made. Further, since necessary conductivities are securable by carbon itself, additional treatments such as gilding for improvement of conductivity are not required. Moreover, because a plurality of openings of the porous board 32 are regularly arranged, forming either a tortoise-shell formed mesh 22 or lozenge-formed mesh 26, the porous board 32 can be easily molded with a mold 30 and can be accurately formed with high precision even in mass production. Still further, removal of burrs 34 and expansion of surface roughness are performable to the porous board 32 through an identical process following molding.

摘要: A wireless communication system in which a communication apparatus performs a packet communication with a radio network controller through a base transceiver station stores identification information about a communication line in a first state in which communications are performed using an individual channel and line information including a setting parameter. When an index of an amount of data communication in the first state falls below a threshold, the individual channel is released and a transition to a second state in which communications are performed using a common channel is performed. When an index in the second state exceeds the threshold, recovery to the first state is performed using the setting parameter.

摘要: A sealing material is prepared by furnishing a liquid composition comprising a polydiene or polyolefin polyol, a polyisocyanate compound, a foam stabilizer, and a blowing agent, uniformly dispersing an inert gas in the liquid composition by mechanical agitation to form a bubbled composition, shaping the bubbled composition into a sheet shape, and heat curing the bubbled shape at a temperature below the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent. The sealing material is lightweight and has a high blowing magnification. On use, the sealing material is disposed in a cavity of an automotive pillar or similar member and heated for foaming to fill the cavity with the foamed product.
