The trailer battery charge system generally includes a first switching device that allows current to flow to an electrical terminal associated with a trailer battery of the trailer. A voltage sensor generates a voltage signal based on a voltage at the electrical terminal associated with the trailer battery. A control module controls the first switching device to charge the trailer battery based on the voltage signal.

    摘要: An automotive instrument cluster containing a grouping of display fields representing measured automotive operating quantities such as speed, temperature and pressure. Illumination markers which are analogs of pointers are created within the display fields from a single beam-type light source by means of a multi-faceted rotating mirror and a controller which correlates measured signal quantities representing the vehicle operating quantities to mirror angle in turning the light source on so as to create an illumination marker at a strategic position within each of the display fields. The display is refreshed 50 times per second so as to create the appearance of a continuous marker in each of the display fields. Calibration is provided by means of a separate diode sensor.

    摘要: An electronic device with thermal fault protection wherein temperature sensors are not employed to detect an unbalanced thermal runaway condition. The device employs resistor networks to monitor a voltage differential that can be affected by transistor leakage currents. Configuration of the electronic device in this manner provides accurate and reliable fault protection from both unbalanced thermal runaway conditions and some manufacturing defects without the need for temperature sensors. A method is also provided.
