摘要: A method for installing filler tube includes the steps of: preparing a fuel tank including an opening; preparing an intervening member including a cylindrical member body and an annular member flange; preparing a filler tube including a cylindrical tube body and an annular tube flange; arranging the intervening member so that not only the member body is arranged in the interior of the fuel tank through the opening but also the member flange locks to a front-side peripheral face of the opening of the fuel tank; and welding not only the front-side peripheral with the tube flange but also the member flange with the tube flange by arranging a hot plate in a facing space between the front-side peripheral face and the tube flange and then warming the front-side peripheral face, the member flange and the tube flange.

摘要: Provided is a hose for transporting a refrigerant, including an innermost layer having a tubular shape and a rubber layer arranged on an outer periphery of the innermost layer, wherein the innermost layer is formed of a resin composition containing a polymer, which contains a polyamide resin (A) as a main component, and an aromatic secondary amine compound (B) having two secondary amino groups per molecule and having a melting point of 100° C. or more. Accordingly, the hose for transporting a refrigerant excellent in refrigerant permeation resistance, flexibility, and the like, and also excellent in performance of preventing the hydrolytic deterioration of the innermost layer of the hose can be provided.

摘要: Provided are a method of producing a glass-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin molded object by which a special glass-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin molded object excellent in mechanical strength and aesthetic appearance can be easily produced, and a glass-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin molded object obtained by the method. Glass fiber chopped strands subjected to a surface treatment with at least one of a urethane-based sizing agent and an acrylic urethane-based sizing agent, the glass fiber chopped strands each having a fiber length of from 1.2 mm to 1.8 mm, and a thermoplastic resin are each directly loaded into an injection molding machine, and are subjected to injection molding to produce the following special glass-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin molded object. The resin molded object shows a specific fiber length distribution and shows a specific tensile strength, and unopened glass fibers are absent on the surface of the resin molded object.

摘要: A vibration damping device including a main rubber elastic body elastically connecting first and second mounting members. An upper portion of the main rubber elastic body constitutes a small-diameter portion to which the first mounting member is bonded, while a lower portion thereof constitutes a large-diameter portion to which the second mounting member is bonded. The first mounting member includes an inner recess opening onto an outer circumferential surface thereof, and the small-diameter portion of the main rubber elastic body is bonded to the inner recess. The main rubber elastic body has an outside diameter dimension made larger at a portion bonded to the inner recess than an outside diameter dimension of the first mounting member at a lower side than the inner recess such that the small-diameter portion of the main rubber elastic body is thick-walled by being bonded to the inner recess.

摘要: Provided is a flexible, durable capacitive sensor that achieves high flexibility in designing wiring arrangement. A capacitive sensor includes a dielectric layer and a plurality of electrode units placed on both sides of the dielectric layer in the front-back direction. The electrode unit includes an insulating layer having through holes extending therethrough in the front-rear direction, electrode layers placed on one side of the insulating layer in the front-back direction, and jumper wiring layers placed on the other side of the insulating layer in the front-back direction and electrically connected to the electrode layers through the through holes. The insulating layer has an elongation at break of 60% or more, a tension set of less than 5%, and a volume resistivity of 1.0×1010 Ω·cm or more.
