摘要： A transfer method for electrophotography uses a two-component developer including a magnetic carrier and a magnetic toner. The toner is transferred to a recording sheet while holding the magnetic carrier on a surface of a developer-holding body with a magnetic member which is capable of magnetic adsorption. The magnetic member is disposed in an interior of, or on an inner surface of, the developer-holding body, at a location corresponding to a location at an outer surface of the developer-holding body past which the recording sheet is fed. Due to the magnetic member, the magnetic carrier is not at all transferred to the recording sheet, and an excellent image can be obtained.

摘要： This invention relates to an adhesive tape for tape automated bonding (TAB). A first type of the adhesive tape for TAB according to the invention has a protective film and an adhesive layer laminated on an organic-insulating film. This adhesive layer is characterized by comprising at least resol-type phenol resin and polyamide resin, wherein from 2 to 35% of said resol-type resin is contained in the adhesive layer. A second type of the adhesive tape for TAB according to the invention has a protective film and an adhesive layer laminated on an organic-insulating film. This adhesive layer is characterized by having at least two layers: one comprising at least polyamide resin and being laminated on one surface of said organic-insulating film and; other comprising at least polyamide resin and resol-type resin and being laminated on other surface of said protective film.

摘要： The reversible heat-sensitive recording medium having a heat-sensitive recording layer capable of reversibly changing the transparency thereof with organic low molecular substances dispersed in an organic macromolecular resin provided on a support is characterized by using at least one long chain alkyl-containing compound having a melting point of 50.degree.-100.degree. C. and at least one saturated aliphatic bisamide having a melting point of not less than 110.degree. C. as the organic low molecular substance in a ratio of 98:2 to 80:20. 摘要： A process is provided for the production of polyaniline derivatives, which are soluble in general organic solvents, without impairment of the inherent good properties of the corresponding polyanilines. The production process comprises treating each starting polyaniline with ammonia to convert the former to a soluble polyaniline, treating the soluble polyaniline with excess hydrazine to convert the former to a reduced polyaniline, dissolving the reduced polyaniline in an amide solvent, and then adding a halogenated hydrocarbon to the resulting solution, thereby introducing a hydrocarbon group to nitrogen atoms of the reduced polyaniline.

摘要： An optical fiber connecting method not causing any damage to the optical fibers and enabling effective use of space and an optical fiber connection structure formed by the method. The optical fiber connection structure is for connecting optical fibers by means of a component for connecting optical fibers comprising two plugs for aligning at least two optical fibers and connecting them and an adapter for fixing the plugs. Each plug in which an optical fiber is inserted is attached to an adapter in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the optical fiber, and the plug and adapter are fixed. A modification may be made in which a latch member is provided to at least one of the plug and adapter, a latch engaging section is provided to the other, the latch member is engaged with the latch engaging section, and the plug and adapter are fixed. Another modification may be made in which a pair of plugs with ferrules and a ferrule aligning member are used, and the ends of the opposed ferrules are inside the ferrule aligning member.
