Motors 16 and 23 included in the mold-driving mechanism are respectively attached to the lower base and the elevating platen. The upper mold is attached to the upper base. The circumferential member is connected to the elevating platen. The bottom member is connected to the motor 23. The circumferential member is driven vertically by the elevating platen which is driven vertically by the motor 16. The bottom member is driven vertically by the motor 23.

摘要： A toy recycling truck that shapes and extrudes formable material is described. A formable material is fed into a first opening, or door, on the top of the truck and is extruded out of a second opening at the back of the truck. The formable material is fed into a molding extruder having a molding device and an expeller. The molding device includes a first cylindrical roller and a second cylindrical roller with inset molds that are adjacent and that turn toward each other so that the formable material fills the molds with pushed into the molding device. A three dimensional figure is released from the molds and synchronized to be extruded by an expeller. The expeller includes a paddle wheel with one or more paddles that extrudes the three dimensional shape molded from the formable material.

摘要： An apparatus for compression-moulding preforms from a dose of plastics comprises a punch arrangement, a die arrangement provided with a cavity and at least two die elements which are mutually movable between a contact position and a detached position. The punch arrangement comprising a punch suitable for being inserted into the cavity and a pressing sleeve mounted slidably around the punch to maintain the at least two die elements in the contact position. The punch arrangement further comprises a jacket arrangement arranged for receiving the punch and the pressing sleeve and at least a first chamber, containing a first fluid at a first pressure and acting on the pressing sleeve, which is entirely bounded by the pressing sleeve and by the jacket arrangement so as to enable the punch to be dismantled from the punch arrangement, maintaining the first chamber pressurised.

摘要： Rotary press machine including dies, pairs of upper and lower punches with a part of each lower punch being movable in a respective die to selectively enable formation of a cavity in the die, a feeding system for feeding powder material into the cavities, when present, in a feeding stage, a pressing system for pressing the upper and lower punches together in a pressing stage and a tablet ejection system for ejecting formed tablets from the dies in a tablet ejection stage. The upper and lower punches are rotated sequentially through the feeding stage, the pressing stage, and the tablet ejection stage to thereby enable formation of tablets if powder material is feed into the cavities in the dies. To enable selective formation of tablets and thereby optimize production thereof, an adjustment mechanism is provided and enables selective formation of the cavities in the dies. The adjustment mechanism may comprise removeable rings attached to at least one, or to a plurality of lower punches, which rings are selectively engaged by the adjustment mechanism.
