摘要: Novel materials and devices can remove small defects from long rolls of flexible electronics material while they are in continuous motion. The cleaning materials are designed to remove small particles without transferring defects or damaging the flexible electronics. The device generally consists of variable speed, motor-driven cylinders mounted on moveable brackets. The cylinders are capable of matching the speed of the cleaning material such that the cleaning material is always in contact with the web roll to be cleaned. The brackets are capable of rotating so the same material can be used more than once. Another material is used to remove debris from the cleaning material. A similar device consisting of motor-driven cylinders and moveable is used to apply the debris removal film to the cleaning film, allowing the cleaning film to be used multiple times.

摘要: The disclosure discloses a label producing apparatus including a driving roller, a driven roller, a driving force transmission mechanism, and a coordination adjusting mechanism. The driving roller is disposed to a downstream side of a movable blade on a tape feeding path and configured to contact and discharge a label tape. The driven roller is configured to advance and retreat with respect to the tape feeding path. The driving force transmission mechanism is configured to perform a switching operation between a transmission state where a driving force of a motor is transmitted to the driving roller and an interruption state where the transmission of the driving force to the driving roller is interrupted. The coordination adjusting mechanism is configured to adjust an advancing and retreating operation of the driven roller, an advancing and retreating operation of the movable blade, and the switching operation of the driving force transmission mechanism into a desired mutually coordinated-mode, these operations being performed by the driving force of the motor in accordance with a rotation of the motor in one direction.

摘要: A self-actuating tension head for a strapping machine for feeding a steel strapping material around a load, tensioning the strapping material and sealing the strapping material to itself has a tension wheel biasing element. The tension head includes a body defining a strap path therethrough, a drive wheel, a tension wheel and a pinch wheel. The strap path extends between the tension wheel and the pinch wheel. The drive wheel is a fixed distance from the tension wheel. The drive and tension wheels are operably engaged with one another. A pivoting link operably connects the drive and tension wheels. The link pivots about the drive wheel axis of rotation. A cam is operably mounted to the tension wheel, and engages a cam follower to pivot the link to move the tension wheel into and out of engagement with the pinch wheel. The tension wheel biasing element cooperates with the cam to maintain the cam in a position relative to the cam follower.

摘要: A system for fabricating a sheet product. A first rotatable roller includes a rotatable drum portion having an outer surface that rotates about a rotational axis in a first direction and conveys a sheet product. The rotatable drum portion also has a plurality of ports communicative between an inner surface and an outer surface. The ports extend along and around the drum portion. The first rotatable roller emits a pressurized fluid. A second rotatable roller has an outer surface arranged proximate to the outer surface of the rotatable drum portion of the first rotatable roller, and a heat source portion to heat the second rotatable roller to dry the sheet product. The second rotatable roller rotates in a second direction that is opposite to the first direction. A gap is defined between the second rotatable roller and the first rotatable roller through which the sheet product passes.

The driving of second driving means for driving the second transport means is controlled using a driving signal applied to the driving control of the first driving means for driving the first transport means. Medium transport in which synchronization is taken between the first transport means and the second transport means is realized.
