摘要: A fuel analyzer for a fuel dispensing environment is provided including an ultrasonic transmitter configured to transmit an ultrasonic signal through a volume of fuel, an ultrasonic receiver configured to receive the ultrasonic signal, and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to receive an indication of transmission of the ultrasonic signal from the ultrasonic transmitter, receive an indication of receipt of the ultrasonic signal from the ultrasonic receiver, determine a time of flight of the ultrasonic signal, and determine a fuel purity based on the time of flight of the ultrasonic signal.

摘要: A fuel inlet 10 includes a fuel inlet body 11 that is formed of resin including a reception pipe portion 20, a filler pipe connection pipe portion 30, a breather pipe connection pipe portion 40, and a fluid introduction portion 60. The reception pipe portion 60 receives a fuel nozzle 3. The filler pipe connection pipe portion 30 is located on a lower side of the reception pipe portion 20 and is connected to a filler pipe 31. The breather pipe connection pipe portion 40 is located on an upper side of the reception pipe portion 20 and is connected to a breather pipe 41. The fluid introduction portion 20 causes foamed fluid to flow along an inner wall surface of the reception pipe portion 20 while liquefying the foamed fluid, the foamed fluid flowing from the breather pipe connection pipe portion 40 to the reception pipe portion 20. The fuel inlet body 11that is formed of resin is formed by integrally molding the reception pipe portion 20, the filler pipe connection pipe portion 30, the breather pipe connection pipe portion 40, and the fluid introduction portion 60.

摘要: A distribution station includes a mobile trailer, a pump on the mobile trailer, a manifold on the mobile trailer and connected with the pump, a plurality of hoses in communication with the manifold, and a plurality of valves on the mobile trailer. Each of the valves is situated between the manifold and a respective different one of the hoses. Each of a plurality of fluid level sensors is associated with a respective different one of the hoses. The fluid level sensors are operable to detect respective different fluid levels. A controller is configured to operate the valves responsive to signals from the fluid level sensors, activate and deactivate the pump, identify whether there is a risk condition based upon at least one variable operating parameter, and deactivate the pump responsive to the risk condition.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method, system, and apparatus for verifying a groundwire connection prior to transferring a fluid between a tank and a reservoir. The system includes a grounding unit configured to electrically ground the vehicle when the groundwire is connected thereto, at least one conduit adapted to connect the tank to transfer the fluid to or from the tank, an automated valve adapted to be connected to the at least one conduit, the automated valve configured to open and close to restrict the flow of fluid through the conduit, and at least one processor in communication with the automated valve, the at least one processor programmed or configured to: determine if the groundwire is connected to the grounding unit; and in response to determining that the groundwire is connected to the grounding unit, causing the automated valve to open.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method, system, and apparatus for verifying a groundwire connection prior to transferring a fluid between a tank and a reservoir. The system may comprise a vehicle comprising a tank and a groundwire, the groundwire comprising a first communicating member, a grounding unit configured to electrically ground the vehicle when the groundwire is connected thereto, the grounding unit comprising a second communicating member, and at least one processor in communication with at least one of the first communicating member and the second communicating member. The at least one processor may be configured to determine whether the groundwire is connected to the grounding unit, and facilitate fluid transfer between the tank and the reservoir based at least partially on the determination.

摘要: A filling adapter for a container to be filled with media, in particular for the filling of containers on assembly lines for the production of motor vehicles where the filling adapter is equipped with a hose pack, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic lines. An electronic assembly (ID chip) for a maintenance check is integrated in the adapter head of the filling adapter, which assembly detects the number of use cycles of the filling adapter and compares said number with parameters which can be set in advance in such a way that when said parameters are approached, at least one prior warning is triggered, and when said parameters are reached, an associated controller is informed about the maintenance which is now due.
