    摘要： The head portion of a T-shape strip of elastomeric material is threaded lengthwise into the undercut sides of a channel formed in one of two members to be joined together so that the stem or body portion of the strip projects therefrom. The strip is so located, and this projecting stem portion is of such thickness, as to enter a narrow channel with serrated sides formed in the other of said members. Supported as on a fulcrum on a narrow neck portion projecting from the free edge of the strip stem portion, and spaced slightly from the stem portion, is a transversely curved portion which is slightly wider than the serrated channel. Upon movement of the two members toward each other, the stem portion forces the transversely curved portion to flex, and enter into the serrated channel, in which position the edges of the curved portion are in gripping relation with the channel serrations, and thus resist its withdrawal.

    摘要： A metal covering for a roof deck which comprises: a spaced parallel array of corrugated pan supports, fastened to the deck; standoff support strips placed substantially centered therebetween and fastened to the deck, said standoff strips consisting of a base, a vertical member and a horizontal member spaced above the base; roof pans which lay on the corrugated pan supports and the horizontal member of the standoff supports in abutting relationship to the vertical member of the standoff support strip, abutting portions of the said roof pans consisting of an upturned edge on one side and an upturned edge with a downturned flange on the opposite side; the downturned flange being placed over the vertical member of the standoff support and the abutting upturned edge of the adjoining roof pan; the seam consisting of three pieces, the upturned edge of the roof pan, the vertical member of the standoff support, and the upturned edge of the adjacent roof pan, being dimple punched on alternating sides along the length of the seam; and a two-piece cap forced over the dimple punched seam, said cap comprising an inverted V-shaped portion with inwardly inverted sides and an insert placed therewithin, substantially adjoining all of the inner surfaces of the cap.

    摘要： Wall and ceiling panelling means comprising a plurality of boards, each having a groove extending longitudinally of and formed in each of the longitudinal edge faces of the boards. An array of substantially parallel spaced-apart battens is fixed in any suitable manner to a wall structure, each batten having a protruding upper rib and a clip retainer groove formed thereon. A plurality of fixing clips are provided, each adapted to engage any one of the battens, and each having anchorage flange means being adapted to enter the grooves in the boards to retain the boards in assembly with the battens and wall structure.
