    摘要: A ceiling construction for buildings has a plurality of flanged main beams disposed in a predetermined spaced relationship to each other and bridging between wall mouldings opposed and spaced from each other; a plurality of flanged cross beams connected to the main beams in a predetermined spaced relationship to each other at right angles to the main beams so as to form a ceiling framework; a ceiling wall mounted on the ceiling framework so as to form an access opening in a predetermined position; a pair of auxiliary beams; an access door; and a plurality of hanger devices for the access door. The pair of auxiliary beams each is bridged in a predetermined relationship across the webs of the opposed main beams of the main beams adjacent to and spaced from each other or webs of the opposed cross beams of the cross beams adjacent to and spaced from each other in the access opening. Further, the access door is positioned in the access opening, and is secured to the ceiling framework by the use of the auxiliary beams and hanger devices.

The access door assembly includes a door frame coupled to the floor structure and defining an opening aligned with a staircase, and an access door within the opening and having first and second longitudinal sides. The first longitudinal side defines a first opposing bevelled surface, and the floor structure adjacent the opening defines a second opposing bevelled surface. The access door assembly also includes an arm coupled to the access door and configured to pivot the access door between an open state and a closed state. The first and second opposing bevelled surfaces are aligned and abutting in the closed state, and are in spaced apart relation in the open state.

    摘要: A grate apparatus for covering a pit defined in a floor of a vehicle wash facility includes a plurality of rigid rung pieces having a first end, a second end, an upper surface and a lower surface. The rigid rung pieces are secured in generally parallel and spaced apart fashion by a plurality of flexible strap members. The flexible strap members are secured to each of the rung pieces by a plurality of fasteners. The grate apparatus is moveable between an unwound position where the first end of each of the plurality of rigid rung pieces rests on one of a pair of spaced apart rails located adjacent the pit and the second end of each of the plurality of rung pieces rests on the other of the pair of spaced apart rails and a wound position wherein the plurality of rung pieces and the plurality of flexible straps are oriented in generally coiled position around a centerline.
