摘要: A display system according to the present disclosure includes at least a first reflective surface and a second reflective surface on an optical path leading from a display device to a last reflective surface. The first reflective surface reflects a light beam emerging from the display device toward the second reflective surface. The second reflective surface reflects, toward the last reflective surface, the light beam reflected from the first reflective surface. The light beam emerging from the display device travels along a first optical path leading from a display screen of the display device to the first reflective surface and then travels along a second optical path leading from the second reflective surface to the last reflective surface. The first optical path and the second optical path intersect with each other before the light beam impinges on the last reflective surface.

摘要: A system for automotive trailer tracking side view mirrors where the side view mirrors are dynamically adjusted to follow and track a trailer, semi-trailer, or other towed load during turning, backing or other maneuvers. The driver is provided with an optimized view of the rear of the trailer without the need to manually adjust side view mirrors. As the vehicle and trailer turn and articulate, the side view mirror system automatically adjusts to turn, rotate, and follow the trailer. The system may provide imaging sensors, digital cameras, Lidar sensors, or other sensor modalities as input to an electronic control module. The control module is provided with image or sensor data regarding the location, angle or orientation of optical markers or targets installed on the trailer. Alternatively, the control module is provided with high resolution imaging or sensor data and applies machine vision and object recognition algorithm to identify the position of the trailer. The control modules provides a control signal output to the side view mirror motors and actuators, to dynamically adjust the side view mirrors, with a frequency response of less than 100 ms in order to provide the driver with a clear unobstructed view.

摘要: A method for operating a motor vehicle which can be operated in an automated driving mode in which the motor vehicle is driven automatically by means of a computing device includes receiving at least one input for activating the automated driving mode, determining the current position of a first component of the motor vehicle and, depending on the input received and the determined current position, predetermining an adjusting region including the determined current position within which adjusting region movements of the first component relative to a second component of the motor vehicle caused by the driver via a motor allocated to the first component are permitted.

摘要: This invention relates to a view angle adjustment mechanism that causes a view element tilting section holding a view element to be supported by a tilting support section via a plurality of concentric pivots having different diameters, to perform view angle adjustment. An inner pivot is assembled by forcible fitting using elasticity of either or both of a pivot convex and a pivot concave without screw fastening. An outer pivot includes a plurality of elastic pieces disposed at a plurality of positions in a circumferential direction of a curved surface of either or each of both of an outer-pivot convex surface and an outer-pivot concave surface. The outer pivot is assembled by the forcible fitting in the inner pivot. The assembly causes the plurality of elastic pieces to elastically abut on an opposed curved surface.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses an electric folding device for outer rearview mirror of a vehicle, which includes a shell, a foundation bed, a base, a pin shaft, an electric driving unit used for driving the shell to rotate relatively to the base around the axis of the pin shaft a spring arranged on the pin shaft in a sleeving mode, and a connecting piece which makes the shell manually rotate relatively to the foundation bed. A cam assembly is provided among the connecting piece, the foundation bed and the base. During the electric folding process, driven by the electric driving unit, the cam assembly enables the, foundation bed to lift up and rotate along the pin shaft through the relative slide of the cam assembly and the elastic force of the spring. The device is compact in structure, with better anti-jitter performance, smooth electric folding process, and less folding failure.

摘要: A mirror assembly includes a stem attached to a mirror head. The stem includes a first portion directly attached to the mirror head. The first portion includes a catch. The second portion is attached to a support structure, and includes a retention portion. The catch of the first portion is engaged with the retention portion of the second portion for supporting the first portion and the mirror head relative to the second portion. Once the first portion is supported by the interaction between the catch and the retention portion, fasteners may be installed to fixedly attach the first portion to the second portion.

摘要: A method adjusts a mirror for a motor vehicle. A viewing direction of a driver is detected by at least one viewing detection device. It is checked whether the viewing direction of the driver is directed to the mirror. The mirror located in the viewing direction of the driver is adjusted. The adjustment of the mirror located in the viewing direction of the driver only takes place if an actuation of an operating element for adjusting the mirror is also detected. A device adjusts a mirror for a motor vehicle.
