摘要: An electronic transmission system includes: a panel operation device that is rotatably installed by being coupled to a rotary shaft in a console panel, the panel operation device having a plurality of operation buttons on an end face, each of which transmits a gearshift signal; and a rotary operation device disposed on the panel operation device, exposed from a circumferential face of the panel operation device, and rotating in a circumferential direction of the panel operation device so that the rotary operation device transmits the gearshift signal while being rotationally operated. The gearshift signal is transmitted through the plurality of operation buttons of the panel operation device according to a position to which the panel operation device rotates in the console panel.

摘要: A shifter assembly having a housing supporting a detent locking wheel with a biasing return spring. A plunger housing subassembly is rotatably supported within the locking wheel and operating in response to an external input to be rotated between each of Park, Reverse, Neutral and Drive gear shift positions. A solenoid is supported by the housing and is linked to a lock lever assembly pivotally engaged in the housing in proximity to the locking wheel, an extending portion of the lock lever assembly engaging the locking wheel. A PCB board is integrated into the housing and is communicable with at least one external sensor associated with a driver exit condition. Upon a triggering of the exit condition with the shifter in other than a Park position, the solenoid being energized to retract the lock lever assembly to permit the return spring to rotate said wheel to the Park position.

摘要: A shift device is configured including a restriction member and a release section. The restriction member stops a detent pin that has been moved at a release position, restricting movement of a shift lever to a third shift position when the shift lever is moved from a first shift position to a second shift position. When the shift lever has been moved at the second shift position, by the detent pin being moved to the release position from a non-release position, the release section releases the restriction of movement of the shift lever toward the third shift position by the restriction member.

摘要: A system for controlling fluid flow to and from a clutch includes a motor, a pump, and a valve assembly. The valve assembly includes a housing defining an interior. The housing defines a first orifice operably coupled to the pump and a second orifice operably coupled to the clutch. The valve assembly also includes a piston operably coupled to the motor and disposed within the interior of said housing. The piston is movable between a first position for allowing the fluid flow between the first orifice and the second orifice, a second position for obstructing the fluid flow between the first orifice and the second orifice, and a third position for limiting the fluid flow between the first orifice and the second orifice. The valve assembly additionally includes a biasing member coupled to the piston. The biasing member biases the piston toward the first position.

摘要: A method for operating a transmission device for a motor vehicle. A drive gear is selected from a drive gear set and set on a transmission and upon going above a rotational speed upper limit a drive gear with a larger gearing ratio and upon going below a rotational speed lower limit a drive gear with a smaller gearing ratio is selected from the drive gear set and set on the transmission. In a normal operating mode, the drive gear set corresponds to a normal operation drive gear set having a plurality of different drive gears, and the rotational speed upper limit corresponds to a normal operation rotational speed upper limit and the rotational speed lower limit corresponds to a normal operation rotational speed lower limit. In an alternative operating mode the drive gear set corresponds to an alternative operation drive gear set, having a smaller number of different drive gears than the normal operation drive gear set.
