    摘要: A hose clamp system is disclosed. The system includes a hose clamp and a retainer configured to attach the clamp to a hose substrate such that a desired radial, axial and circumferential position relative to the substrate outer diameter and hose end is maintained. The hose clamp includes an annular band including a radial inner surface facing toward a central axis and a radial outer surface positioned opposite the radial inner surface and a tension mechanism configured to tighten the annular band. The retainer includes an elongated body extending over the radial outer surface and a clip extending outward from the annular band that is configured to engage a hose substrate. The retainer is moveably coupled to the annular band such that the retainer is permitted to move circumferentially along the radial outer surface of the annular band.

    摘要: A hose clamp includes a band and a worm drive mechanism. The band has a set of slots located between a first and second circumferential end of the band. The worm drive mechanism is connected to the band and causes radial contraction of the band to tighten the band. The worm drive mechanism includes a screw that engages the set of slots for radial contraction of the band. A clamping-pressure-restoring construction is provided in order to maintain a seal between the hose clamp and an underlying hose during use of the hose clamp and when the underlying hose experiences size expansion and contraction due to, for example, temperature fluctuations.

The bridged brace (10) is curvedly deformed to provide a width-reduced groove (10a) in its lengthwise direction (P) so as to form a cross piece segment (11, 13), a geometrical moment of inertia of which increases along a circumferential direction (R) of the strap band (3) with a sufficient rigidity provided to resist against a bending force from the helical thread (9a) upon rotationally operating the rod screw (9).

    摘要: A hose clamp includes: a clamp body having a plurality of screw holes passing therethrough; a coupling housing disposed at one side of the clamp body and into which an opposite side of the clamp body is inserted; and a coupling screw rotatably disposed in the coupling housing and engaged with the screw holes of the clamp body inserted within the coupling housing, wherein the clamp body includes a compensating means including at least one compensation bead formed at one side of the clamp body for resiliently fastening a hose by a degree by which a diameter of the hose is decreased so as to firmly tighten the hose. The hose clamp can prevent the compensation means from being deformed over the resilient area, so that the compensation means is not deformed over the resilient area.

The elements include coacting surfaces for locating the clamp element in a tightening position relative to the band and allowing band tightening rotation of the clamp element as the thread engages at least a certain one of the projections to tighten the clamp about a clamped object.
