摘要： The connector includes a sleeve (4) which is screwed on to a thread (18) provided on an upper axial end of the lower riser section (1). The sleeve (4) encloses a lower end of an upper riser section (2) and is retained thereto. Once the sleeve (4) is secured to the lower riser section, this loosely secures the upper riser section (2) to the lower riser section (1). A tensioning tool then stretches the sleeve (4) upwardly and a retaining collar (5) is then maneuvered in order to retain the sleeve (5) in this tensioned state after the release of the tensioning tool. This creates a preloaded connection between the upper riser section (2) and the lower riser section (1).

摘要： A quick connect system for joining two fluid lines has a receiver with a first end mounted to a first line, a center section to receive a tip of a second line, and a second end defining a cylindrical sleeve spaced from the second line. A snap retainer comprises a plurality of molded stave members and a tension band. Each stave member extends longitudinally from a collar section to a clip section. The stave members are arranged cylindrically to define a socket to receive the cylindrical sleeve. The tension band is secured over the collar sections to retain the stave members on the second line with the clip sections cantilevered over the tip. The clip sections each includes a hook that snaps over an external lug on the receiver so that a resilient seal is compressed between the cylindrical sleeve and the tip of the second fluid line.

摘要： A conduit connector has a housing with primary and secondary latch retainers. The primary latch includes a base, a biasing member and a conduit receiving member. The conduit receiving member includes a pair of arms defining an elliptical opening with a gap between distal ends of the arms. The secondary latch retainer including a base, a verification mechanism and a retaining member. The verification mechanism includes a pair of legs and a slide member. In a locked position an enlarged annulus, of a conduit entering the housing, expands the legs enabling the retaining member to enter the housing toward the axis. A portion of the slide member projects beyond the housing indicating a locked position.

摘要： A coupler for connection and assembly of an irrigation system is revealed. The coupler includes a base, a connecting portion and a retaining member. The base is for mounting the connecting portion and the retaining member. The connecting portion is arranged with a first channel and a second channel. The second channel is used to receive an insert that is connected to sprayers or hoses. The coupler features on that the second channel above the retaining member is arranged with a seal ring. While the insert is pressed downward axially, the insert is first against the seal ring so as to prevent water flow from being sprayed out of a gap of the second channel between an inner diameter of the connecting portion and an outer diameter of the insert.
