摘要: A fitting includes a screw portion that is rotatable around an axis extending in one direction, an operating portion that applies a torque around the axis to the screw portion, and a rotation auxiliary member that is configured to be engageable with the operating portion. A slot extending from a first end to a second end is provided in the rotation auxiliary member, and also a first projection that protrudes outward is provided on the rotation auxiliary member. A positional relationship of the first projection is set such that an engaging force between the rotation auxiliary member and the operating portion is increased due to a change in width of the slot in a case where a force is applied to the first projection in the first rotation direction with the rotation auxiliary member engaging with the operating portion.

摘要: A pipe joint device includes a nut defining a threaded hole and including an inward flange that defines a through hole and that has a shoulder surface facing the threaded hole, a tube body having inner and outer end portions, and a stopper detachably sleeved on the tube body. The inner end portion extends through the through hole, has an inner end surface and an outer peripheral surface connected to the inner end surface and formed with an external thread. The stopper has opposite first and second abutment surfaces and an inner surface formed with an internal thread threadedly engaging the external thread. The inner end portion further extends through the stopper, such that the second abutment surface faces and abuts against the annular shoulder and the first abutment surface is disposed not farther away from the outer end portion than the inner end surface.

摘要: An adjustable coupler for linking an oscillating kneader to a gear box. The adjustable coupling has a slide coupler adapted to be slidably received within an output couple of a gear box. The slide coupler has external splines wherein the external splines mate with splines of the output couple thereby coupling rotation of the slide coupler with rotation of the output couple. The internal splines are capable of mating with external splines of a slidably received kneader input shaft thereby coupling rotation of the kneader input shaft with rotation of the slide coupler. A plug in the slide coupler abut the kneader input shaft in the slide coupler and a lock mechanism maintains the kneader input shaft abutted against the plug.

摘要: The polymeric pipes reinforced with a metal casing are used for transporting oil and gas, acids, alkali products, drinking water and industrial water, and also in the transportation of aggressive and neutral pulps. A metal-containing polymeric reinforced pipe includes a welded metal casing and a polymeric matrix having an amorphous-phase-based molecular structure. The metal-containing polymeric reinforced pipe is produced by extrusion moulding with simultaneous feeding of a polymer melt and the reinforcing metal casing into the mould cavity, followed by intensive cooling of the internal and external surfaces of the pipe being moulded. The invention increases the quality and endurance limit in the radial direction of the metal-containing polymeric reinforced pipe, productivity of the process for manufacturing the pipe, and also the strength and technological effectiveness of a pipeline constructed from the pipes produced.
