Abstract: A method and apparatus for performing measurements on an unlicensed carrier in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives a first unlicensed discovery reference signal (U-DRS) from a serving cell in the unlicensed carrier, performs measurement for the serving cell based on the first U-DRS, detects that reception of a second U-DRS from the serving cell is not successful, and reports a result of the measurement based on the first U-DRS.

Abstract: One disclosure of the present specification provides a method for operating a HARQ from user equipment (UE). The method comprises the steps of: the UE receiving downlink data from each cell, when at least one TDD-based cell and at least one FDD based cell are established according to carrier aggregation (CA), a specific TDD-based cell is established as a primary cell of the carrier aggregation (CA), and the at least one FDD-based cell is established as a secondary cell of the carrier aggregation (CA); the UE confirming a PUCCH format to be used for transmitting a HARQ ACK/NACK for the downlink data; and the UE determining the number of bits for transmitting the HARQ ACK/NACK when use of the specific PUCCH format for transmitting the HARQ ACK/NACK is confirmed.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present specification provides a method for receiving a downlink control channel by a machine type communication (MTC) device. The method comprises: a step of receiving, by the downlink control channel, setting information about the maximum number of physical resource blocks (PRBs) which can be transmitted by a base station; a step of receiving, by the MTC device, setting information about a set of control channel monitoring PRBs which should monitor the downlink control channel; and a step of monitoring the downlink control channel on the PRBs according to the setting information about the set of control channel monitoring PRBs, wherein if the number of sets of control channel monitoring PRBs exceeds the maximum number of PRBs, the downlink control channel may be monitored only on the sets of PRBs equal to or less than the maximum number of PRBs.

Abstract: One embodiment of the present specification provides a method for transmitting, to a machine type communication (MTC) device, a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) including downlink data. The method can comprise the steps of: mapping the PDSCH on a resource element (RE) of a first subframe among a plurality of subframes and transmitting the same, when a base station performs PDSCH bundle transmission for repeatedly transmitting the same PDSCH to the MTC device on the plurality of subframes; and mapping, by the base station, the PDSCH on an RE of a second subframe among the plurality of subframes with respect to the RE of the first subframe, on which the PDSCH is mapped, to enable the MTC device to decode a bundle of the PDSCHs through the combination of RE units, and transmitting the same.

Abstract: Provided are a method for receiving data in a wireless communication system and a device using same. A device receives a code block from one cell among configured multiple cells. If a decoding error of the code block is detected, the device stores a part of or all of the code block in a receiver buffer. The number of coded bits of the code block stored in the receiver buffer is determined on the basis of the maximum modulation order supported by the cell from which the code block is received.
