Abstract:
A page-turning device for turning a page of an opened book, page-turning device including an adhesive part which adheres to the page of the book; an arm part with the adhesive part provided on a top end, the arm part making the adhesive part go to and fro between a departure position and a destination position such that the adhesive part adheres to the page at the departure position and separates from the page at the destination position; and a drive unit which rotates the adhesive part in relation to the arm part. The drive unit rotates the adhesive part before the adhesive part reaches the destination position so that an adhering portion of the adhesive part is changed, and stops rotation of the adhesive part when the adhesive part adheres to the page.
Abstract:
An audio recording apparatus comprises: a recording process for recording audio; a receiving process for receiving an indicated go-back time; and a processor that executes an information appending process that appends information associated with a time going back by the go-back time from a base time, linked to audio in the recording, in accordance with a user's instructions.
Abstract:
An electronic timepiece includes a timer unit, a timepiece-side communication unit, a timepiece-side daylight saving time information storage unit and a processor. The timer unit counts local time at a current position. The timepiece-side communication unit communicates with an external device. The timepiece-side daylight saving time information storage unit stores daylight saving time implementation information therein at least at the current position. The processor corrects the local time in correspondence to an implementation situation of daylight saving time at the current position, based on the daylight saving time implementation information, acquires update information of the daylight saving time implementation information from the external device through the timepiece-side communication unit and reflects the acquired update information in the daylight saving time implementation information.
Abstract:
To provide a light source unit whose overall size is relatively small and a projector which incorporates the light source unit, there is provided a light source unit including a first light source device for emitting light in a first wavelength range, a second light source device which is disposed on an axis of the light in the first wavelength range and having a luminescent light emitting area for emitting light in a second wavelength range by receiving the light in the first wavelength range, and a third light source device which is disposed on the axis of the light in the first wavelength range so as to face the first light source device for emitting light in a third wavelength range.
Abstract:
Provided is a content output apparatus including: an acquisition unit configured to acquire, from a communication partner terminal, language information used by the communication partner terminal; and an output unit configured to output a content on the basis of the language information.
Abstract:
A wireless communication device includes a wireless communication unit and a processor. The wireless communication unit connects to relays for wireless communication and transmits and receives communication data via the relays by wireless communication. The processor determines a second relay different from a first relay currently connected to the wireless communication unit and a timing of connection to the second relay based on a predetermined connection standard. When setting are provided for switching destination to the second relay at the timing of connection, the processor instructs the wireless communication unit to send information on the second relay and information at the timing of connection to other predetermined wireless communication device. The processor instructs the wireless communication unit to switch the destination to the second relay at the timing of connection.
Abstract:
An information processing apparatus having first and second cases (13a, 13b) that are openably/closably connected, and includes an imaging section (6) provided in the second case and opposed to the first case where a read target medium is placed, a detection section (1) which detects that the first and second cases have been closed into a predetermined state by plural types of methods, an acquisition section (1) which acquires a photographed image from the imaging section when the detection section detects that the first and second cases have been closed into the predetermined state by the plural types of methods, a correction section (1) which performs distortion correction processing on the photographed image acquired by the acquisition section, based on a closing state between the first and second cases detected by the detection section, and a storing section (3) which stores the photographed image corrected by the correction section.
Abstract:
An electronic device includes: a display unit which displays data and a two-dimensional code; and a processor. The processor performs: an encoding process of encoding the data displayed on the display unit into the two-dimensional code; a two-dimensional code displaying process of performing a first masking operation to the two-dimensional code with a first mask pattern and displaying the code having been subjected to the first masking operation on the display unit; and a two-dimensional code changing process of performing a second masking operation to the two-dimensional code with a second mask pattern, and displaying the code having been subjected to the second masking operation instead of the code having been subjected to the first masking operation on the display unit, when a user operation is executed while the two-dimensional code having been subjected to the first masking operation is displayed on the display unit.
Abstract:
The present invention includes a wristwatch case provided with a watch glass, a dial plate provided in the wristwatch case, and a timepiece module arranged below the dial plate, and the timepiece module has a first antenna arranged in its one end portion so as to receive a high-frequency radio wave for GPS and a second antenna arranged in the other end portion opposing the first antenna so as to receive a standard time radio wave whose frequency differs from that of a radio wave to be received by the first antenna. Accordingly, radio waves for GPS can be received by the first antenna and standard time radio waves can be received by the second antenna arranged opposing the first antenna.
Abstract:
A communication system (S) exchanges data between a plurality of devices to execute a predetermined function. In addition, the communication system (S) connects one device and one other device by a plurality of difference communication methods, and in a case of data transfer being interrupted during data transfer by a first communication method, controls so as to establish the first communication method by way of a second communication method, and then causes data transfer by the first communication method to restart.
