摘要: A monitor has a rear panel formed by injection molding plastic around a metal cooling element. The monitor includes a display panel, control electronics, a module support, and a monitor housing. The housing includes a front frame, the cooling element and a rear panel frame. The cooling element has cooling ducts formed between cooling fins. The rear housing panel frame has fin extensions that extend the fins of the cooling element into the rear housing panel frame. The display panel attaches to one side of the module support, while the control electronics attach to the other side. The front frame and the rear panel frame screw together, and the display panel and control electronics are clamped between the front frame and the rear panel frame. The monitor can be attached to a vehicle by slipping a retaining member into a T-shaped duct formed between two fins on the cooling element.

摘要: An adjustment unit for an indirect vision system is indicated, which comprises a first and a second component connected to a support structure of an indirect vision system by as little connecting elements as possible. The interface of the adjustment unit to the support structure is to be able to withstand robust mechanical requirements in a small installation space. Due to the second component including a pressure distribution element which extends transversely to a longitudinal direction of the main connecting member, and due to the fact that pressure is applied to the pressure distribution element by the main connecting element, the forces introduced and centrally acting on the pressure distribution element and thus on the second component are equally distributed in a direction transverse to the main connecting element. Traction with the support structure therefore is no longer performed centrally, but spreaded over a transverse extension of the second component. As a result, dimensional changes due to aging—creep behavior of plastics—can be compensated and distortion of the individual components is reduced.

摘要: Camera system having a camera for a vehicle (F) for capturing the environment around the vehicle and a protection element. The camera has an optical element, with a light incidence portion (EB) and a retainer, which supports the optical element. The protection element is provided separately to the optical element and the retainer and is positioned at least on the light incidence portion (EB) of the optical element. The protection element has a sight opening, which exposes a use portion (NB) of the light incidence portion (EB). At least one gap between the optical element and the protection element for receiving a water drop (T), which is located on the use portion (NB), and a water drainage opening s distal from the sight opening is provided.

摘要: A view system (100A, 100B) for a vehicle (1) has an image capture unit (10, 10A, 10B) for capturing image data of a portion around a vehicle (1), an image processing unit (20A, 20B) for processing the captured image data, and an image reproduction unit (30, 30A, 30B) for reproducing the processed image data. Included are an image sensor (11) and an optical element having a distortion curve. The image data are distorted dependent on the position of the image sensor according to the distortion curve. The image processing unit (20A, 20B) is adapted for taking at least one partial portion (12, 12′) from the image data of the image sensor (11), wherein the geometry of the partial portion (12, 12′) is dependent on the position of the partial portion (12, 12′) on the image sensor (11).

摘要: A socket joint device includes a first and a second joint component (2, 6). The first joint component (2) has a spherical surface element (10) with a convex or concave exterior (11). The exterior (11) of the spherical surface element (10) is part of a spherical surface. An engagement mechanism (14) engages over the spherical surface element (10), so that the engagement mechanism (14) and the spherical surface element (10) contact one another via a first contact surface (22). A spherical cap-shaped receptacle (24) in the first or second joint component (2, 6) and an associated convex spherical cap (26) in the respective other joint component result in a second contact surface (28) that has a smaller radius of curvature R2 than the radius of curvature R1 of the spherical surface element (10).

摘要: A viewing system (100) for a vehicle (10, 10A, 10B, 10C) having at least one capture unit (20A, 20B) adapted to capture at least one first near area (1, 2, 3, 4) around the vehicle (10, 10A, 10B, 10C), at least one control unit (30) adapted to process the data captured by the capture unit (20A, 20B) and at least one reproduction unit (40A, 40B) adapted to show the near area (1, 2, 3, 4) visibly for a driver which steers the vehicle (10, 10A, 10B, 10C). During driving maneuvers conditioned by the situation, in addition, at least one collision area (K1, K2) which comprises an area at risk of collision around the vehicle (10, 10A, 10B, 10C) is shown on the reproduction unit (40A, 40B). The collision area (K1, K2) corresponds to an image section of a near area (1, 2, 3, 4) captured by the capture unit around the vehicle (10, 10A, 10B, 10C).

摘要: A novel housing for an electronic device is located in the passenger compartment of a vehicle. The housing is used to maintain the temperature of the electronic device within its operating temperature range. The housing includes air inlets and outlets through which the temperature-regulated air current from the air conditioning system of the vehicle passes. The temperature-regulated air currents from the air conditioning system that are used to maintain a comfortable temperature in the passenger compartment are also used to regulate the temperature of the electronic device. Thus, the housing allows the temperature of the electronic device to be regulated exclusively using the air current from the air conditioning system. The air duct from the air conditioning system can be connected directly to the housing or can end a distance from the housing so that the air current from the duct is directed to strike the outside of the housing.
