    Abstract: A bit-widths determination method selects bit-widths for mixed-precision neural network computing on a target hardware platform. An activation quantization sensitivity (AQS) value is calculated for each convolution layer in a neural network. The AQS value indicates the sensitivity of convolution output to quantized convolution input. One or more convolution layers are grouped into a quantization group, which is to be executed by a corresponding set of target hardware. A group AQS value is calculated for each quantization group based on the AQS values of the convolution layers in the quantization group. Then bit-widths supported by the target hardware platform are selected for the corresponding quantization groups. The bit-widths are selected to optimize, under a given constraint, a sensitivity metric that is calculated based on each quantization group's group AQS value.

    Abstract: Apparatus and methods are provided for robust front end selection control. In one novel aspect, multi-stage head selection is provided.     Abstract: Apparatus and methods are provided for inter-DU inter-cell cell switch with beam management. In one novel aspect, the UE receives a cell switch command, performs RLC reestablishment and MAC reset, sends a PDCP status report to indicate one or more PDCP protocol data units (PDUs) failed for a downlink (DL) or UL data transfer to the source cell for unacknowledged mode (UM) or acknowledge mode (AM) radio bearers, and performs a UE self-detected PDCP retransmission for UL data transfer when the UE detects one or more source-failed UL PDCP PDUs. The PDCP entity performs PDCP retransmission to the target cell. In one embodiment, the RLC entity identifies source-failed PDUs. In another embodiment, UE sends the pending RLC PDUs the PDCP entity and the PDCP entity identifies the source-failed PDUs. In one embodiment, UE triggers, compiles, and sends PDCP status report to the target cell.

    Abstract: The techniques described herein relate to methods, apparatus, and computer readable media configured to encode and/or decode video data. Immersive media data includes a set of one or more tracks, each track comprising associated immersive media data corresponding to an associated spatial portion of immersive media content and metadata specifying a six degree of freedom (6DoF) viewing region in the immersive media content, wherein the metadata comprises viewing region type data indicating a type of the viewing region. An encoding and/or decoding operation is performed based on the set of one or more tracks and the viewing region metadata to generate encoded and/or decoded immersive media data. The viewing region type data can be specified by a data structure attribute of the metadata specifying a viewing region and/or by an attribute of the metadata specifying a viewing region.
