    Abstract: The invention provides a groove structure for printing OLED display and manufacturing method for OLED display. By dividing the causeway surrounding the groove into a first and a second branch causeway layers provided in stack, the inclining inner peripheral surface of groove formed by first branch causeway forms a contact angle ranging 10-45° with the HIL ink, and the inclining inner peripheral surface of groove formed by second branch causeway forms a contact angle ranging 30-60° with the HIL ink, the inclining inner peripheral surface of groove formed by second branch causeway forms a contact angle ranging 10-45° with HTL ink and EML ink to restrict the height of HIL climbing upwards so that the top surface of HIL is flat or has a slightly convex in the middle to prevent current leakage at the edge of HIL, and improve the OLED display quality.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a color filter substrate includes Step S1: providing a base and forming an antireflection layer on the base; and Step S2: forming a color resist layer on the antireflection layer, in which the color resist layer is formed through a photolithographic process including operations of coating photoresist, exposure, and development. With the arrangement of the antireflection layer under the color resist layer, in a photolithographic process of the color resist layer, due to the arrangement of the antireflection layer under the photoresist, during exposure of the photoresist, the antireflection layer absorbs ultraviolet light incident into the antireflection layer and weakens, through destructive interference, reflection light emitting from the contact interface between the photoresist and the antireflection layer to eliminate the standing wave effect, the swing effect, and the notching effect of photolithography and improve key dimension consistency and pattern distinguishability of the color resist units.

    Abstract: The invention provides a manufacturing method for TFT array substrate and TFT array substrate. The manufacturing method forms a first buffer layer on the substrate; the first buffer layer is disposed with a plurality of arc protrusions or a plurality of arc recesses; then an a-Si layer is formed on the second buffer layer which is formed on the first buffer layer; in the process of forming a polysilicon layer by performing ELA on the a-Si layer, the arc protrusions or the arc recesses can change the optical path of the laser to form an energy gradient in the a-Si layer, so as to increase the grain size in the formed polysilicon layer, reduce the number of grain boundaries, improve the carrier mobility of the TFT device, and improve the electrical properties of the TFT device.

    Abstract: A metal oxide thin-film transistor and manufacturing for the same are provided. The thin-film transistor includes a substrate; a source electrode, a barrier layer and a drain electrode which are sequentially formed on the substrate; and a semiconductor active layer formed on side surfaces of the source electrode and the drain electrode. The semiconductor active layer is connected with the source electrode and the drain electrode. The metal oxide thin-film transistor has a new structure, in which the source and drain electrodes are parallel to the substrate, and the semiconductor active layer is contacted with the source electrode and the drain electrode by a vertical covering or a step covering way. The channel length does not depend on the photolithography process, but depends on the side length of the source and drain electrodes contacted with the semiconductor active layer.

In the manufacturing method, an elastic conductive layer is formed on the upper pixel electrode on the package substrate. When the package substrate and the driving substrate are assembled, the upper pixel electrode and the upper electrode of the micro LED are electrically connected through the elastic conductive layer, and the elasticity of the elastic conductive layer is utilized to fill the height difference between the individual micro LEDs, avoid poor connection between the upper pixel electrode and the upper electrode of the micro LED, and improve the assembling effect of the micro LED display panel and the process yield of the micro LED display panel.
