    Abstract: An application of HJT aqueous extract in the preparation of drugs against a Blue-ear disease is provided. For the first time, it is found in the present invention that HJT extract has a significant effect of preventing and treating the Blue-ear disease. Specifically, through experiments of qRT-PCR and immunofluorescence techniques, the present invention has proved that HJT extract can significantly inhibit infection and replication of PPRSV with significant antiviral effect, so that it is expected to become a new type of biologically active substance for prevention and treatment of Blue-ear disease. The product prepared by the method can be used as natural antiviral drugs for the prevention and treatment of the Blue-ear disease, realizes the comprehensive utilization of HJT plants, and improves its value, which has a good application prospect.

    Abstract: A method for preparing products by electrochemical reductive amination and simultaneous oxidation of aldehyde-based biomass using non-precious metal catalysts is provided, which relates to a field of electrocatalysis. The preparing method includes: performing an electrochemical reaction in an electrolytic system with room temperature and atmospheric pressure (at a range of 25° C. to 30° C., 101 kPa) by taking an aldehyde compound and an amine compound as raw materials for reductive amination and oxidation of aldehyde-based biomass, and thereby obtaining the products. The electrolytic system includes a reaction substrate, an electrolyte, a solvent, an anode and a cathode. The anode is a phosphorylated hydrotalcite catalyst and the cathode is a Ti-based catalyst. The method uses no external oxidants and precious metal catalysts, which is clean, environmental and efficient.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to an expression method of a Haemocoagulase Acutus (Halase) recombinant protein. The method includes the following steps: (1) optimizing a halase gene; (2) performing Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) amplification on an optimized halase gene; (3) constructing an Agkis-pMCX expression vector, transforming plasmids to competent cells of an Escherichia coli for amplification, screening in an Amp-resistant manner for positive cloning, sequencing and extracting recombinant plasmids with correct sequencing; (4) transfecting recombinant plasmids to CHO cells; and (5) expressing the recombinant protein and identifying. According to the expression method, a recombinant halase is expressed first using the CHO cells cultured in a serum-free suspension manner; and by utilizing a bioengineering means, the actual production problems of insufficient raw material sources and unstable quality of a snake venom product are solved successfully.

    Abstract: A method of parameter estimation for a multi-input multi-output system based on deep learning is executed. The method includes creating a connection between the base station and a user device entering a coverage of the base station, transmitting real-time channel information from the user device to the base station through the connection, optimizing a parameter for the user device based on the real-time channel information through a deep learning algorithm, transmitting the optimized parameter to the user device, and applying the optimized parameter in a signal detection for the multi-input multi-output system at the user device. The real-time channel information is a channel status of the user device upon the creation of the connection between the base station and the user device. Another method of parameter estimation for a multi-input multi-output system having a base station and a plurality of user devices is also disclosed.

    Abstract: A method is disclosed of fabricating all-dielectric flat lens with low refractive index comprising: selecting dielectric substrate material and lens structure material; determining incident wavelength; calculating phase modulation corresponding to each pillar unit; periodically sampling circular area of dielectric substrate with radius to obtain plurality of sampling points; calculating phase modulation required at position of each sampling point; obtaining pillar corresponding to each sampling point; arranging different dielectric pillars with low refractive index and same thickness are arranged on dielectric substrate, thereby obtaining all dielectric flat lens with low refractive index. Also disclosed is method of fabricating all-dielectric flat lens with low refractive index that fabricates plane divergent lens with high transmission in wavelength range of visible light, and providing all-dielectric flat lens with low refractive index to improve transmission in visible light region through using dielectric with low refractive index to replace metal and dielectric with high refractive index.
