Abstract:
A tape player is provided to simplify a mechanical part, eliminate parts, and provide efficient assembly of the mechanical part and a more compact apparatus. The tape player includes pins respectively moving in four different grooves provided in one disk-like cam, and a lever in conjunction with the movement of the pins to use movement of the lever so as to perform a cassette tape carry in/out operation, a head base moving operation, a playback running direction switching operation, and a selective operation to transfer driving force to a reel rest during fast forward.
Abstract:
In a surface acoustic wave filter constituted with a ladder of resonators having a resonance frequency or an anti-resonance frequency, an input current flowing into a resonator in a parallel arm at the first stage from the input is so large as to deteriorate its lifetime caused from a heat generation by the resistance of the thin film wiring. As a measure to this problem, bonding wires (30, 31) connected onto points on connection electrodes (130, 131) for connecting an end of each of plural comb teeth electrodes 111 forming the resonators R.sub.s1 & R.sub.p1, or on a lead conductor (130-1) extended longitudinally from the connection electrode, are allotted at both sides of a center line (C1) of the plural comb teeth electrode group. Furthermore, a bonding wire may be connected substantially onto the center line C1 as well. It is preferable for the bonding wires to be located substantially symmetric with respect to the center line C1. It is preferable that the width along the longitudinal direction of the comb teeth electrodes is larger than a width of the comb teeth electrode.
Abstract:
A starter motor and balancers are disposed reasonably so as not to interfere with each other by effectively utilizing spaces in an engine. Cylinders are set so as to be tilted forward on casings supporting a crankshaft in a transverse position, a rear balancer and a starter motor are disposed in a space behind the cylinders, and a front balancer is disposed on an opposite side of the rear balancer with respect to the crankshaft. The rear balancer and the front balancer are disposed on the right side of a plane including the center of gravity of the engine and perpendicular to the crankshaft, and the starter motor is disposed on the left side of the plane. Weight portions included in the rear balancer and the front balancer are disposed close to the plane to prevent coupling vibrations.
Abstract:
A cartridge changing device includes a mechanism for restricting the rotation of a loading hook engaged with an inserted cartridge when discharging the cartridge from a holder so that the cartridge does not slide out of the holder and fall out of the device. The holder is movable from a standby position where a cartridge is inserted to a play position where the cartridge can be played. A rotatably disclosed loading hook is engagable with the cartridge inserted into the holder to hold the cartridge. A cartridge transfer mechanism stops the cartridge at a stop position after ejection where the cartridge is ejected out of the holder by restricting a reverse rotation of the loading hook in a direction of releasing the cartridge after ejection by pushing an eject lever. The eject lever can include a stopper and the loading hook can include a projection which comes into contact with the stopper of the eject lever after the eject lever has been pushed so as to restrict the rotation of the loading hook and then stop the cartridge at the stop position after ejection. Therefore, when a cartridge is ejected from a holder, the cartridge is transferred to the same position at all times due to the non-engagement of the loading hook with the cartridge during ejection.
Abstract:
In polymerizing hexafluoropropene oxide (HFPO) into a fluorinated polyether, a liquefied gas of fluorocarbon having 1 to 4 carbon atoms is added to a reactor. HFPO is polymerized in the reactor while maintaining a gas phase in the reactor under a pressure lower than the vapor pressure of the liquefied gas and allowing the liquefied gas to evaporate from the polymerization system. Heat of polymerization can be efficiently removed from the HFPO polymerization system of high viscosity, and the polymerization temperature is kept low.
Abstract:
A SAW filter includes a first SAW resonator having a pair of terminals and a predetermined resonance frequency (f.sub.rp), the first SAW resonator being provided in a parallel arm of the SAW filter. A second SAW resonator has a pair of terminals and a predetermined resonance frequency (f.sub.rs) approximately equal to a predetermined antiresonance frequency of the first SAW resonator (f.sub.ap). The second SAW resonator is provided in a series arm of the SAW filter. An inductance element is connected in series to the first SAW resonator.
Abstract:
An operator inputs design information including shape information and stitch structure information of a fabric to be knitted by a keyboard input unit and a coordinate input unit. An engineering workstation prepares a fabric image showing the state of a finished fabric on the basis of these information, displays it on a color display, and converts it to sequence data indicating the knitting operation sequence of the fabric (knitting machine) and control data indicating the control operation of the knitting machine, respectively.
Abstract:
A cassette loading apparatus for a cassette playing/recording apparatus such as a DAT, VCR, or optical disc apparatus, includes guide slots in a frame for guiding a cassette holder between an insertion position and a loading position, and an opening-closing guide slot for guiding a link lever coupled to a release lever for opening and closing a lid on the cassette as the cassette holder moves between the insertion and loading positions. The opening-closing guide slot includes a yieldable arm for guiding the link lever along the guide slot during normal operation, and for flexing downward in the event that the cassette lid accidentally disengages from the release lever when moving from the loading position, so as to prevent the cassette from becoming jammed in the apparatus and to allow the cassette to be transferred to the insertion position from which it can be removed.
