    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a system that uses linear actuators to generate a torque on a shaft. In an example implementation, a system may include a shaft and an attached cam. The cam includes an involute portion. The system also includes a first linear actuator and a second linear actuator configured to move along a first axis and a second axis, respectively. The linear actuators are configured to detachably couple to the cam based on at least a reference angle of the shaft. That is, as the shaft rotates about its rotational axis at the reference angle, the first and the second linear actuators may couple to, and decouple from, various portions of the cam. As the linear actuators couple to, and decouple from, the various portions of the cam, different rotational torques and/or different ranges of such torques may be imparted onto the shaft.

    摘要: A parallel indexing cam structure has a locking cam and a pair of further cams which are rigidly secured to an input shaft at predetermined angular positions relative to each other, and a cam follower device is rigidly secured to an output shaft parallel to the input shaft and has a plurality of spider plates and three sets of cam follower rollers. During the dwell period, the locking cam is contacted by two rollers of one set of the cam follower rollers while the further cams are contacted by only one of the rollers of the respective remaining sets. The locking cam has a larger profile circle at the dwell position during the dwell period than the further cams, thereby blocking the rotation of the output shaft with increased accuracy and stiffness during the dwell period.

Under this arrangement, the swing set, the lift set and the transmitting set cooperate with each other via only the transmitting wheel, rather than cooperate with each other via a plurality of members corresponding to different sets as the prior art. Therefore, the structure of the present invention is simpler than that of the prior art; a weight or a volume of the present invention is littler than that of the prior art. In addition, the present invention is easier to maintain than the prior art, because the structure of the present invention is simpler than that of the prior art.

    摘要: The present invention provides a novel cam-actuated spindle assembly for selectively attaching a cam follower to a capping spindle. By adjusting the assembly, the user can easily adjust a capping spindle to follow a selected one of different tracks that are formed into a barrel cam. This simplifies the process of adjusting a bottle capping or corking machine to accommodate a variety of products with different types and sizes of closures and bottles. The mounting assembly weighs considerably less than a spindle or barrel cam, and therefore, is considerably easier to reposition and adjust. There is no need to remove the barrel cam or change out the spindle, which significantly reduces costs, down-time, and manpower requirements. The mounting assembly is designed to be compatible with existing bottle capping equipment.

The tape player includes pins respectively moving in four different grooves provided in one disk-like cam, and a lever in conjunction with the movement of the pins to use movement of the lever so as to perform a cassette tape carry in/out operation, a head base moving operation, a playback running direction switching operation, and a selective operation to transfer driving force to a reel rest during fast forward. A half blanking is provided for a periphery of a hole portion in the main base to prevent a gear portion of a reel rest from contacting the main base.
