摘要: A motor includes a base, a stator, a bearing, a positioning member and a rotor. The base includes a shaft tube. The stator is mounted around the shaft tube. The bearing is received in the shaft tube. The positioning member is fixed to an end of the shaft tube and has a pressing portion to prevent movement of the bearing in the shaft tube. A plurality of retaining plates is formed on the positioning member. Each retaining plate has a retaining end. The rotor includes a shaft having an annular groove formed in an outer periphery thereof. The retaining ends of the retaining plates are in the annular groove to avoid departure of the rotor from the base. Consequently, by a single-component design of the positioning member, departures of the rotor and the bearing are both avoided.

摘要: A motor structure includes a housing having a shaft tube receiving a bearing. The shaft tube includes a positioning section on an outer periphery thereof. A rotor includes a shaft rotatably extending through the bearing. A stator is mounted around the shaft tube and includes an upper bobbin having an abutting portion and a lower bobbin having an engaging portion. The positioning section of the shaft tube provides the engaging portion of the lower bobbin with an axial supporting force along a longitudinal axis of the shaft tube to position the stator in a fixed axial position relative to the bearing along a longitudinal axis of the shaft tube. Also, the abutting portion of the upper bobbin abuts the bearing to prevent the bearing from disengaging from the shaft tube.

摘要: The present invention relates to a linear micro motor having an forward and backward reciprocating motion. The linear micro motor includes at least two actuators which can be a scratch drive actuator (SDA), a bounce drive actuator (BDA) or a combination thereof. To achieve the reciprocating motion, the linear micro motor is arranged in a way that at least two SDAs are disposed in an opposite manner, at least two BDAs are disposed in an opposite manner, or at least a SDA and at least a BDA are disposed in an identical manner. The linear micro motor of the present invention in accordance with the arrangement of the actuators can be realized to be applicable to a digital camera or camera phone by the advancing and receding linear motion caused by the motion of the actuators to achieve a focus-adjustable liquid crystal lens.

摘要: The impeller structure of blower in the present invention mainly includes a hub and an impeller. The hub has a spindle disposed centrally therein. The impeller has a top connection ring, a bottom connection ring, a pressure-retaining ring and a plurality of blades, in which the blades are vertically arranged around the periphery of the hub, an outer edge on a top side of each blade is connected with a top connection ring, an bottom side of the inner side of the blade is connected with a bottom connection ring, the outer side is connected with the pressure-retaining ring, and a plurality of swirl-like ribs are extended outwards from the bottom edge of the periphery of the hub and connected with the bottom connection ring. At least a pressure relief hole is provided between the pressure-retaining ring and the bottom connection ring so that the bottom surface of the impeller is not fully enclosed. Therefore, the pressure relief hole is located on a space between the pressure-retaining ring and the bottom connection ring. When air passes through the pressure relief hole, a pressure effect is generated so as to increase air pressure and air volume of blower and alleviate the chance of turbulence. The pressure-retaining ring also has the effect of reinforcing the blade strength.

摘要: The present invention relates to a bearing structure having a top end face, a bottom end face, and a bore communicating with the top and bottom end faces, and having at least two oil-guide channel disposed on the inner wall of the bore, extending axially and penetrating one of the same end faces of the bearing. When the present invention is applied to a motor structure, the oil-guide channel is upwardly or downwardly disposed by penetrating the top or bottom end face of the bearing. Hence, when lubricant is churned by the spindle to permeate and diffuse, the oil-guide channel can block and collect the rising lubricant for the bearing to absorb, circulate and reuse again in a timely manner, thereby effectively preventing lubricant from draining and prolonging the operational lifespan of a motor.

摘要: The present invention relates to a non-contact actuator located on a substrate and at least including a plate and a bushing. When a voltage is applied externally, the plate is bent by the attraction of the substrate and won't be contacted with the substrate. A counteraction force is generated when the plate withstands the electrostatic force of the substrate. After the voltage is removed, the counteraction force and an elastic tension generated by recovering from a curved state of the plate to an original state are employed to generate bouncing motion of the plate and the bushing and further proceed step movement of the actuator. Because of no friction between the plate and the substrate, the present invention only requires a rather small voltage and consumes the minimum current so as to lower the driving voltage and reduce the current consumption and defacement of device for longer lifespan.
