摘要: The present invention relates to a bearing structure having a top end face, a bottom end face, and a bore communicating with the top and bottom end faces, and having at least two oil-guide channel disposed on the inner wall of the bore, extending axially and penetrating one of the same end faces of the bearing. When the present invention is applied to a motor structure, the oil-guide channel is upwardly or downwardly disposed by penetrating the top or bottom end face of the bearing. Hence, when lubricant is churned by the spindle to permeate and diffuse, the oil-guide channel can block and collect the rising lubricant for the bearing to absorb, circulate and reuse again in a timely manner, thereby effectively preventing lubricant from draining and prolonging the operational lifespan of a motor.

摘要: A cooling fan includes a sidewall coupled to a base of a housing and defining a compartment. The housing includes an air inlet, an air outlet, and a dust channel. The air inlet, the air outlet, and the dust channel are in communication with the compartment. An impeller is rotatably coupled to a stator coupled to the base. A control element includes a driving circuit electrically connected to the stator and a rotating direction control circuit electrically connected to the driving circuit. The air outlet and the dust channel separate an inner periphery of the sidewall into first and second guiding wall sections. The first guiding wall section has a guiding portion contiguous to the dust channel. A first spacing between the guiding portion and a center of the impeller is not larger than a second spacing between the second guiding wall section and the center of the impeller.

摘要: A motor includes a base having a shaft tube. A rotor includes a shaft rotatably supported by a shaft supporting assembly in the shaft tube. The shaft includes a retaining groove. A stator is coupled to the shaft tube of the base and includes at least one limiting member. A distal end of the at least one limiting member is received in the retaining groove of the shaft and prevents disengagement of the shaft from the shaft supporting assembly. The at least one limiting member further includes a bottom facing the shaft supporting assembly. A gap is formed between the bottom of the at least one limiting member and a top portion of the shaft supporting assembly. The gap provides a space for deformation of the at last one limiting member so that the distal end of the at least one limiting member extends into the retaining groove.

摘要: A heat dissipating assembly includes a circuit board having opposite first and second faces. The circuit board further includes a through-hole extending from the first face through the second face. A heat generating element is mounted on the first face of the circuit board and electrically coupled to the circuit board. The heat generating element includes a heat conducting portion aligned with the through-hole. A heat dissipating unit includes a base having an engaging face in contact with the second face of the circuit board. A heat conducting adhesive is filled in the through-hole. The heat conducting adhesive is engaged with the engaging face of the base and the heat conducting portion of the heat generating element. The heat generating element is directly engaged with the heat dissipating unit by the heat conducting adhesive to effectively enhance the overall heat dissipating efficiency while reducing the number of members to lower the manufacturing costs.

摘要: A fan system including a motor with a coil, a storage unit, a driver, and a buffer circuit is provided. The coil module has a first connection terminal and a second connection terminal. The storage unit electrically couples with a voltage source, stores electrical energy when the voltage source is available, and releases the stored electrical energy to carry out a brake operation when the voltage source is unavailable. The driver electrically couples with the first and second connection terminals of the coil module to control a direction of an inductor current passing through the coil module. The buffer circuit electrically couples with the coil module. In the brake operation, the buffer circuit operates to form a transient potential between the first and second connection terminals of the coil module and to consume electrical energy of the inductor current, for gradually stopping the motor in a buffering time period.

摘要: A cooling system equipped with an advection-type fan is disclosed. The cooling system includes a casing and an advection-type fan. The casing has a compartment receiving a heat-emitting source or a heat-conducting element. The casing further includes two radial air-guiding openings communicating with the compartment. The advection-type fan has a frame disposed in the compartment. The frame has an air-guiding lateral wall defining a radial air channel. The frame has radial air inlet and a radial air outlet. Both the radial air inlet and the radial air outlet communicate with the radial air channel. The radial air inlet and the radial air outlet face the two radial air-guiding openings of the casing respectively. The radial air channel receives an impeller that causes air advection to dissipate the heat of the heat-emitting source or the heat-conducting element. The frame has two sides that are completely laid open.

摘要: A DC fan of an inner rotor type includes a housing having a frame defining a compartment. A rotor is rotatably received in the compartment. The rotor includes a shaft having an outer periphery and a permanent magnet fixed to and around the outer periphery of the shaft. A stator is fixed in the compartment of the frame and surrounds the rotor. The stator includes a plurality of magnetic pole faces facing an outer periphery of the permanent magnet. An air gap is formed between each magnetic pole face and the permanent magnet. The stator further includes at least one coil. An impeller is coupled to an end of the shaft. A drive control unit is mounted in the compartment and electrically connected to the at least one coil of the stator.

The motor assembling method provides a base with a shaft tube, wherein the shaft tube has a thermoplastic positioning portion on an opening end thereof, and a shaft tube assembly is disposed into the shaft tube via the opening end. The motor assembling method further heats the thermoplastic positioning portion by a heating fixture to melt and deform the thermoplastic positioning portion until the opening end of the shaft tube has shrunk, wherein the shaft tube assembly is held in position in the shaft tube after the thermoplastic positioning portion has cooled down and solidified. The motor assembling method further couples a stator unit with an outer circumferential wall of the shaft tube, and couples a rotor with the shaft tube.

摘要: A fan module includes a housing and at leas one impeller. The housing includes first and second air channels. The housing further includes an axial air inlet in communication with the first air channel and a radial air inlet in communication with the second air channel. The housing further includes at least one radial air outlet in communication with the first and second air channels. The at least one impeller draws external air into the housing via the axial air inlet or the radial air inlet and expels air out of the housing via the at last one radial air outlet. By such an arrangement, external air can be guided into the fan module via different directions, providing enhanced cooling effect.
