    Abstract: The disclosure describes mechanisms for reliability enhancement on control channel and data channel and mechanisms in URLLC. An apparatus of a RAN node for URLLC includes baseband circuitry to configure at least one DCI for scheduling transmission of at least one PDSCH content having same information. For each DCI, the baseband circuitry determines a CORESET for transmitting the DCI. The disclosure further describes mechanisms for the support of low latency transmission in URLLC. To improve peak data rate and spectrum efficiency in FDD system, the RAN node configures a DCI for scheduling data transmission using blank resources of a self-contained slot structure. Further, CBG-based transmission with separate HARQ-ACK feedback is provided to configure a DCI for scheduling data transmission of a TB and to divide the TB into multiple CBGs, and to configure uplink control data to carry separate HARQ feedback for the CBGs.

    Abstract: Embodiments of a User Equipment (UE) and methods of communication are generally described herein. The UE may select one or more of the component carriers (CCs) of a carrier aggregation, and may transmit a sidelink synchronization signal (SLSS) and a physical sidelink broadcast channel (PSBCH) on the one or more selected CCs. The UE may encode the PSBCH to include a plurality of parameters related to the sidelink operation, wherein the plurality of parameters are to be propagated across all of the CCs of the plurality of CCs for the sidelink operation. The UE may transmit one or more physical sidelink shared channels (PSSCHs) in accordance with the carrier aggregation, and further in accordance with the plurality of parameters propagated across the plurality of CCs.

    Abstract: Systems, devices, and techniques for transmit power control (TPC) in wireless communication systems are described. A described technique performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving downlink control information (DCI) messages corresponding to respective physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission occasions; determining power control adjustment states for the PUSCH transmission occasions; and transmitting in the PUSCH transmission occasions in accordance with the power control adjustment states. Determining the power control adjustment states can include selectively applying TPC accumulation. Determining the power control adjustment states can include determining whether a first PUSCH transmission occasion occurs out-of-order with respect to a second PUSCH transmission occasion based on an arrival ordering of the DCI messages, where the first PUSCH transmission occasion occurs before the second PUSCH transmission occasion.

    Abstract: A method for enhanced physical downlink control channel monitoring (PDCCH) includes determining a monitoring span for monitoring a PDCCH within a slot, the monitoring span having a start symbol and a duration that spans one or more symbols within the slot. At least one of a maximum number of blind decoding (BD) attempts or a maximum number of control channel elements (CCEs) for channel estimation is determined based on the monitoring span. The PDCCH is monitored within the monitoring span up to the at least one of the maximum number of BD attempts or the maximum number of CCEs.

    Abstract: In an example computer-implemented method, a user equipment (UE) receives first configuration data including an indication of a search space set for monitoring a wireless network for an uplink cancellation command, and second configuration including an indication to activate monitoring of the wireless network for an uplink cancellation command. The UE further receives a first physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) including scheduling information for an uplink transmission. The UE monitors the wireless communications network for the uplink cancellation command in accordance with the search space set, and receives a second PDCCH from the wireless including the uplink cancellation command, where the uplink cancellation command includes an indication to cancel a first portion of the uplink transmission. The UE cancels a transmission of the first portion of the uplink transmission.
