    摘要: An active vibration damper having: an electromagnetic oscillator with a coil member and a yoke member, one of the coil member and yoke member of the electromagnetic oscillator being fixed to a target member whose vibration to be damped while the other being elastically supported by the target member via a support rubber elastic body; and a base member having a cylindrical peripheral wall portion and a floor portion, and fixed to the target member. The support rubber elastic body is housed within the base member, and the electromagnetic oscillator is disposed outside of the base member, on an opposite side of the support rubber elastic body with the floor portion of the base member being interposed. An insertion hole is formed at the floor portion of the base member, and the other of the coil and yoke member forms a coupling rod inserted through the insertion hole and fixed to a center portion of the support rubber elastic body.

    摘要: A fluid filled type vibration damping device includes: a main rubber elastic body elastically connecting first and second mounting members; a partition member supported by the second mounting member; a pressure-receiving chamber partially defined by the elastic body and having a non-compressible fluid sealed therein; an equilibrium chamber partially defined by a flexible film and having the non-compressible fluid therein. The chambers are formed to either side of the partition member and an orifice passage permits a fluid communication between the two chambers. A short-circuit passage is formed so that the pressure-receiving and equilibrium chambers are able to be short-circuited through the short-circuit passage. A valve is used for switching the short-circuit passage, and a metal spring is used for holding the valve in a closed state at a predetermined initial level of elastic deformation.

    摘要: A fluid filled vibration-damping device includes an elastic body disposed between a first mounting member and a second mounting member and partially defines a fluid chamber having a non-compressible fluid sealed therein, and exhibits vibration damping action on the basis of flow action of the non-compressible fluid created within the fluid chamber during vibration input. At least one mounting member from among the first and second mounting members is formed independently of the elastic body and is disposed in abutment with the elastic body in an initial load acting direction, while making the mounting member displaceable away from the rubber elastic body in a opposite direction from the initial load acting direction. A rebound stop mechanism for limiting displacement of the mounting member away from the rubber elastic body in a cushion-wise fashion is disposed between the first and second mounting members.

    摘要: A vibration controller includes a data map storage, a detector, a determiner, a signal generator, and an actuator. The data map storage stores amplitude and/or phase data with respect to torque values of a vehicle engine as a data map in advance. The detector detects actual torque values of the vehicle engine. The determiner determines one of the amplitude and/or phase data with respect to one of the actual torque values based on the data map. The signal generator generates a control signal based on cyclic pulsating signals emitted from the vehicle engine, and updates the amplitude and/or phase of the control signal based on the one of the determined amplitude and/or phase data. The actuator actuates an electromagnetic actuator of an active vibration insulator based on the updated control signal, whereby inhibiting vibrations of the vehicle engine from transmitting by means of vibrating forces exerted by the electromagnetic actuator.

    摘要: A fluid-filled vibration damping device wherein two mutually spaced-apart mounting members are connected by an elastic body, which cooperate with an elastic wall member to partially define a pressure-receiving chamber, and a flexible diaphragm partially defines an equilibrium chamber on one side and a working air chamber on the other side. These chambers are filled with the non-compressible fluid and held in fluid communication with each other through the orifice passage. A negative pressure-regulating device applies different negative pressure to the working air chamber depending upon frequencies of vibration to be damped, so that a spring constant of the elastic wall member is changed corresponding to the vibration to be damped, thereby controlling a damping characteristics of the damping device.

    摘要: An oscillating force generator is disclosed, wherein a yoke member has an annular groove in which a coil is disposed so as to be energized by an electric current for generating magnetic circuit around the coil, and for magnetizing an inner and outer circumferential wall portions of the yoke member as respective opposite magnetic poles at their open end portions. An oscillating member made of a magnetic material is disposed opposite to the one end face of the yoke member in an axial direction of the yoke member with a predetermined axial distance therebetween. The oscillating member has an inner and an outer circumferential portion which are located nearest to the open end portions of the inner and outer circumferential wall portions of the yoke member, respectively. The coil is energized for generating magnetic force acting on the oscillating member so that an oscillating force is generated between the oscillating member and the yoke member in the axial direction thereof. At least one of the open end portions of the inner and outer circumferential wall portions of the yoke member being directly opposed in the axial direction to the inner and/or outer circumferential portions of the oscillating member, while at least the other open end portion of the inner and outer circumferential wall portions having a first circumferential edge portion which is located nearest to a second circumferential edge portion in the inner and/or outer circumferential portions of the oscillating member. The first and second edge portions being offset from each other in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction, while being opposed to each other in a direction inclined with respect to the axial direction.
