Abstract: A switchable hydraulic bearing for mounting of a motor-vehicle assembly comprises a support bearing and a mount connected by a support spring, and a working chamber and an equalization chamber fillable with damping liquid that are spatially separated by a separating wall and connected by a damping channel in the separating wall. The separating wall may comprise a nozzle cage with two adjacent nozzle discs provided with an axial spacing. A diaphragm of rubber-elastic material may be provided in a gap between the nozzle discs. The diaphragm may be switchable by a switching device comprising an elastic lever disc axially adjacent to the second nozzle disc. An electromagnet may connect to the lever disc and can adjust the lever disc between a first position, permitting axial play of the diaphragm in the gap, and a second position, acting on the second nozzle disc and clamping the diaphragm between nozzle discs.

Abstract: An active engine mounting device is provided. The active engine mounting device includes upper and lower liquid chambers partitioned by a valve unit and adjusts a vibration and a load input from an engine in response to a driving condition while a fluid passes through the valve unit and attenuates the vibration and the load. The active engine mounting device includes an insulator that encloses a core integrally formed with a mounting bolt and elastically deformed based on the load applied to the core. A main case is disposed at a circumference of a lower end portion of the insulator. A diaphragm is disposed under the main case. The valve unit is configured to selectively pass the fluid through three channels based on operation of the valve. An actuator is disposed through an auxiliary case to drive the valve in an axial direction.

Abstract: A semi-active engine mount for a vehicle is provided to improve the NVH performance and ride quality. An engine mount for a vehicle includes a rubber module with a rubber having a core therein, and a case that surrounds an exterior circumference of the rubber and a fluid module with a module case coupled to the rubber module to define an upper and lower chamber and having straight and a bypass flow paths, a closure configured to open or close the straight flow path, and a diaphragm installed on the module case to close the lower chamber. A coil module has a coil embedded in the fluid module and configured to open and close the closure when a power source is turned on or off. In particular, a high loss factor when the vehicle travels is reduced, and decreasing dynamic characteristics when the vehicle idles is decreased.

Abstract: An active engine mount has a liquid chamber for keeping liquid in a housing. The active engine mount includes a separation plate that is disposed in the liquid chamber, has a space at its center, and divides the liquid chamber into an upper liquid chamber and a lower liquid chamber. Abstract: An electronically switchable bi-state engine mount includes a housing having an inertia track received in the housing between first and second fluid chambers. A fluid damped first path communicates between the chambers, and a non-damped second path or bypass opening also communicates between the chambers. A diaphragm encloses a portion of the second fluid chamber and a seal member on the diaphragm operatively cooperates with a solenoid plunger, where the solenoid is received in the housing to selectively open and close the second path. The diaphragm is enclosed by a cover, which is preferably metal, to enhance thermal conductivity and heat sink properties thereof and improve the useful life of the solenoid.
