    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an array substrate, a display panel, and a display apparatus. The array substrate includes a first signal line and a second signal line as well as a first TFT and a second TFT electrically connected to the first signal line and the second signal line. The first TFT has a gate located on its first conductive layer, a source located on its second conductive layer which is connected to the first conductive layer through a first via hole, and a drain located on a fourth conductive layer of the second TFT. The second TFT has a gate located on its third conductive layer, a drain located on the second conductive layer of the first TFT, and a source located on its fourth conductive layer which is connected to the third conductive layer through a second via hole.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal screen and a display device that prevents light leakage caused by non-uniformity of the electric field of the sub-pixel electrode. The liquid crystal screen comprises a first substrate comprised of first leads and second leads that cross each other, and a liquid crystal screen comprised of a plurality of display areas. Each display area corresponds to an area between two adjacent first leads and two adjacent second leads, and each display area is comprised of two sub-pixels. The liquid crystal screen further comprises a black matrix, which has a plurality of openings, each at a position corresponding to each display area, and comprised of protrusions extending into each opening. The liquid crystal screen of the present invention can effectively prevent light leakage caused by non-uniformity of the electric field of the sub-pixel electrode, and can increase contrast of the liquid crystal screen, thereby improving display effect.

    Abstract: An embodiment of the present disclosure relates to an array substrate, which comprises data lines and gate lines arranged on the array substrate having a pixel region and a peripheral region surrounding the pixel region, and at least two repair lines arranged on the peripheral region of the array substrate. The at least two repair lines intersect with one of the data lines and the gate lines. Each of the repair lines has at least one repair voltage lead. The array substrate according to the present disclosure can increase the number of data lines or gate lines that can be repaired, improve a utilization ratio of the repair lines, and can be used for repairing a display panel with large area.

    Abstract: An array substrate is provided, which includes: a base substrate; a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines and a plurality of common electrode lines arranged on the base substrate; a pixel electrode arranged at each region defined by adjacent gate lines and adjacent data lines; and a TFT arranged at a position in proximity to a junction between each of the gate lines and the corresponding data line. A drain electrode of the TFT is electrically connected to the pixel electrode through a via-hole. Each common electrode line includes a primary electrode line extending in a direction identical to an extension direction of the gate line, and a secondary electrode line connected vertically to the primary electrode line. The secondary electrode line includes at least one first secondary electrode line arranged between the via-hole and the data line.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an OLED display device, including OLED units and a pixel spacer layer having a plurality of opening portions, which are disposed on a substrate. Each OLED unit includes an anode, a light-emitting functional layer and a cathode which are disposed sequentially in a direction away from the substrate. The light-emitting functional layer is disposed in the opening portions. The pixel spacer layer is provided with a via hole.     Abstract: The present invention provides a display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a flexible display device having the display substrate, which belong to the field of display technology, and can solve the problem of poor reliability of display substrates due to the damage to thin film transistors when the existing display substrates are bent. In the display substrate provided by the present invention, by introducing stress absorption units made of resin material into the display substrate, the stress generated by the display substrate being bent is released by the resin material, and thin film transistors on the display substrate are thus less likely to be damaged, so that the reliability of the whole display substrate is improved.
