Abstract: The present application provides a display substrate, a display panel and a spliced screen, and belongs to the field of display technology. The display substrate in the present application is divided into display and boding regions, and includes a base substrate, and a pixel driving circuit on the base substrate and corresponding to the display region. The display substrate further includes an interlayer insulating layer and a signal lead-in wire on the base substrate. The signal lead-in wire at least includes a first signal lead-in sub-wire on a side of the interlayer insulating layer away from the base substrate. The first signal lead-in sub-wire is connected to a first connection pad in the bonding region for introducing an external signal to the pixel driving circuit. The interlayer insulating layer includes sub-insulating layers defining a multi-stepped structure at a position where the display region is adjacent to the bonding region.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a pixel circuit including: a first resetting sub-circuit for writing a reference voltage and an initialization voltage to a first node and a second node, respectively; a first data writing sub-circuit for writing a first data voltage to a second node; a first output control sub-circuit for supplying a voltage at the first node to the switch sub-circuit; a charging and discharging sub-circuit for performing charge processing or discharge processing on the first node in response to control of the first data voltage; a switch sub-circuit coupled to the signal supply terminal and an element to be driven for controlling electrical coupling and decoupling between the signal supply terminal and the element to be driven under control of the voltage at the first node. The present disclosure also provides a driving method of the pixel circuit and a display device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method of driving display, and a display device. The method of driving display includes: scanning, progressively or rows by rows, a plurality of sub-pixels arranged in an N×M array, to turn on each row of sub-pixels scanned, so that a duration in which two adjacent rows of sub-pixels are simultaneously in an ON state is greater than or equal to two times a unit scanning time, wherein the unit scanning time is a time required for scanning a row of sub-pixels, N is an integer greater than 1, and M is an integer greater than 1; and applying data signals to at least two rows of sub-pixels simultaneously in the ON state, so that a duration of applying the data signals to each row of sub-pixels is greater than the unit scanning time.

Abstract: A pixel driving circuit includes a driving signal control sub-circuit and a driving duration control sub-circuit. The driving signal control sub-circuit is configured to provide a driving signal to the driving duration control sub-circuit under control of a first scanning signal transmitted via the first scanning signal terminal and an enable signal transmitted via the enable signal terminal. The driving signal is related to a first data signal and a first voltage signal. The driving duration control sub-circuit is configured to transmit the driving signal to the element to be driven under control of a second scanning signal transmitted via the second scanning signal terminal and the enable signal transmitted via the enable signal terminal. A duration for transmitting the driving signal to the element to be driven is related to a second data signal.

Abstract: An apparatus for controlling an EL drive voltage for a display panel is disclosed, which includes a current sensing circuit configured to detect an EL drive current signal outputted to the display panel, and convert the EL drive current signal into a first voltage signal, a signal generation circuit configured to generate a pulse signal based on the first voltage signal, a current protection circuit configured to generate a first control signal based on the first voltage signal and a reference voltage, and a signal coupling circuit configured to output, based on the first control signal, the pulse signal or a low level signal as a second control signal to control the EL drive voltage. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the EL drive voltage of the display panel can be dynamically controlled, and be reset to normal when it is overhigh.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of display technologies, and particularly, to an array substrate and methods of manufacturing and driving the same. With the embodiments of the present disclosure, undesirable phenomenon, e.g. color mixing and so on is avoid in a display device having the array substrate while simplifying the manufacture process of the array substrate. The array substrate comprises a substrate, thin-film transistors, pixel electrodes and a common electrode on the substrate, a plurality of leading wires and a color filter layer; wherein the common electrode comprises a plurality of common electrode blocks reusable as self-capacitance electrodes, and each of the leading wires has one end electrically connected to one of the common electrode blocks and the other end electrically connected to a touch integrated circuit. The array substrate according to the embodiments of the present disclosure is used in the display device.
