摘要： Methods and computer program products that enable command entry portal navigation (CEPN) permit a portal user to navigate directly to a desired tile of information by entering a textual navigation command (TNC) into an input field associated with the portal. The TNC may include a command directing the computer system to interpret the TNC to determine which of a plurality of application programs is to be accessed and displayed on the portal. The TNC may also allow the user to directly perform some action within the target application by entering a single textual command. In some embodiments, the TNC may include additional commands that may be interpreted according to predefined grammar rules. In response to the TNC, the computer system may send information generated by the access to be displayed in a tile within the portal frame.

摘要： One embodiment provides a method to retrieve information that contains name and relationship information. A computing system accepts input from a user to create a search request that contains a number of text characters. One or more of the text characters specify a name identifier, and one or more of the text characters specify a relationship to the name identifier. The computing system uses the search request to retrieve search results. Each search result contains the name identifier and also contains information representing the specified relationship to the name identifier. The computing system then displays to the user the name identifier for each search result in textual form.

摘要： This invention relates to isolated protein and to peptides which are found on the surface of colon cells and colon cancer cells, as well as to nucleic acid molecules encoding said protein and peptides. The protein and peptides bind to tumor-associated antibodies, such as mAb A33. The monomeric protein has a molecular weight of about 43 kD as determined by SDS gel electrophoresis under non-reducing conditions. In addition, this invention relates to the use of said nucleic acid molecules, protein, in monomeric or multimeric form, and to antibodies to said peptides in diagnostic, screening and therapeutic methods. This invention further relates to antibodies specific for said protein, in monomeric or multimeric form, and to antibodies to said peptides.

The user can also select (a) when he wishes the selected fields to be highlighted, for example, if a field exceeds a threshold and/or (b) how he wishes the selected fields to be highlighted, e.g., overlay the field with a contrasting color. When the user performs a specified action, for example, opens a document, the selected field is selectively highlighted according to the rules for when and how to highlight the selected field. This can help a user quickly recognize important fields in the context of the document.
