The uncrewed aerial vehicle traffic management entity sends an authorization response. The authorization request is used to request authorization to control an uncrewed aerial vehicle by a terminal, and the authorization response is used to indicate whether the terminal is allowed to control the uncrewed aerial vehicle. Alternatively, the authorization request is used to request authorization to pair a terminal with an uncrewed aerial vehicle controller, and the authorization response is used to indicate whether the terminal is allowed to be paired with the uncrewed aerial vehicle controller.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an SMS processing method in an Internet of Things, a mobility management network element, and a terminal device, to provide an SMS service for an Internet of Things terminal device. One example method includes receiving, by a mobility management network element in a packet switched (PS) domain, a non-combined registration request from a terminal device. The non-combined registration request carries SMS only indication information. When determining that the mobility management network element in the PS domain cannot transfer an SMS for the terminal device through the PS domain, the mobility management network element in the PS domain sends a location update request to a mobility management network element in a circuit switched (CS) domain. The location update request is used to implement registration of the terminal device with the CS domain.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a DCN processing method for a PLMN that is applied to a network sharing scenario. An access feedback message of a network side is received, and selection assistance information of a DCN and an identifier of a PLMN that serves UE are obtained from the access feedback message, so as to know a PLMN that is actually accessed by the UE. A correspondence between the selection assistance information of the DCN and the identifier of the PLMN that serves the UE is stored. When the UE moves to coverage of the PLMN, a requested DCN to be accessed can be directly determined according to the correspondence, and a RAN node is requested to access the determined DCN. Therefore, a redirection process is reduced, and resource overheads are reduced.
