Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a communication transmission method and a device. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, a minimum scheduling slot offset indicated by a network device; receiving, by the terminal device, indication information sent by the network device; or sending, by the terminal device, indication information to the network device, where the indication information is used to determine a first receiving state used by the terminal device to detect a PDCCH; and detecting, by the terminal device, the PDCCH by using the first receiving state when the minimum scheduling slot offset is greater than 0.

Abstract: Example communication methods and apparatus are described. In one example method, a first cell includes a plurality of terminal devices that can transmit uplink data on a same uplink time-frequency resource. A first terminal device in the plurality of terminal devices determines a reference time domain location based on a preconfigured uplink time-frequency resource, where the reference time domain location is the same as a reference time domain location determined by another terminal device in the plurality of terminal devices. The first terminal device determines a time domain location that is (first duration×N H+second duration×(N−1)) away from the reference time domain location as a start time domain location of X gaps. The first terminal device further determines a time domain location that is (first duration×(M−1)+second duration x (M−1)) away from the reference time domain location as a start time domain location of Y first durations, where Y=X or Y=X+1. Uplink data is sent by the first terminal device to a network device on a first time-frequency resource used to transmit uplink data.

Abstract: A data transmission method and a communications apparatus are described that reduce complexity and overhead of data reception performed by a base station. The method includes receiving information about a repetition quantity R1 corresponding to Tmax, where Tmax is a maximum transport block size allowed to be used to transmit data. The method further includes determining a cyclic parameter L based on R1, where the cyclic parameter L indicates that content carried in each of a plurality of time units to which a transport block used to transmit the data is mapped is repeated in L consecutive time units, and wherein a size of the transport block actually used to transmit the data is Ts, and Ts is less than a maximum transport block size (Tmax). The method further includes transmitting the data based on the cyclic parameter L.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application propose a feedback method for an uplink channel, and an apparatus. In the solution, instead of always sending a first common message or a first scheduling command in any case, a base station determines, only after determining whether a data packet to be sent by a terminal is the last data packet of the terminal, whether a to-be-sent message including an indication bit that is used to indicate whether the base station correctly receives the data packet sent by the terminal is the first scheduling command or the first common message. Alternatively, when the base station determines that the terminal needs to send a next data packet or needs to retransmit the data packet, an indication bit for the terminal in at least two indication bits is used to indicate uplink control information. Therefore, this avoids a waste of resources.
