Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a scheduling request processing method and a terminal device. The scheduling request processing method includes: determining, by a terminal device, whether there is a regular BSR associated with a first logical channel that is triggered and has not been canceled; and if a regular BSR associated with the first logical channel is triggered and has not been canceled, and the terminal device has no uplink resource available to transmit data of the first logical channel, and a first timer of the terminal device is not running, triggering, by the terminal device, an SR, where the first timer is configured to delay transmission of the SR. According to the scheduling request processing method provided in the embodiments of this application, when the terminal device has no uplink resource available to transmit the data of the logical channel associated with the BSR, the SR is triggered to implement uplink resource scheduling, thereby satisfying a QoS requirement of the data carried on the logical channel.

Abstract: This application discloses a signal transmission method and a related device. The method may include: sending, by a first terminal, a first message to a network device, where the first message is used to indicate a transmission mode used by the first terminal to transmit a signal; receiving a second message sent by the network device, where the second message is used to indicate a resource used by the first terminal to transmit the signal; and transmitting the signal on the resource. According to the foregoing solution, a terminal may transmit a signal by using different transmission modes and resources.

Abstract: A resource indication method includes generating, by a network device, first control information, where the first control information is used to indicate a frequency resource occupied to transmit data in N time resource units, and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; and sending, by the network device, the first control information to a terminal device. Therefore, the network device may indicate, for the scheduled N time resource units, the frequency resource occupied to transmit data in the N time resource units.

Abstract: This application provides a communication method and a communications device. The communication method includes: receiving, by a first device, N transport blocks TBs sent by a second device, where each TB includes at least one code block group CBG, and N is a positive integer; determining, by the first device, a hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ feedback bit of each CBG in the N TBs; determining, by the first device, a feedback bit stream of the N TBs based on the HARQ feedback bit of each CBG in the N TBs, where a quantity of bits of the feedback bit stream is equal to or less than a total quantity of CBGs in the N TBs; and sending, by the first device, the feedback bit stream to the second device. The communication method provided in this application may improve flexibility of transmitting a feedback bit stream.
