A method for measuring and feeding back channel information and a corresponding apparatus are provided. A first network device receives a reference signal, measures the reference signal to obtain a measurement result, and selects a first codebook from a first codebook set according to the measurement result; for different sub-vectors Wx (1) and Wx (2), a location of a non-zero vector in the Wx (1) is the same as a location of a non-zero vector in the Wx (2); and formation according to different structures is: for different sub-vectors Wx (1) and Wx (2), a location of a non-zero vector in the Wx (1) is different from a location of a non-zero vector in the Wx (2); and the first network device sends a codebook index to a second network device, where the codebook index corresponds to the first codebook selected from the first codebook set.

Embodiments relate to a feedback method channel state information. The method includes acquiring, by user equipment, first channel state information based on a first channel state information measurement resource that is configured by a base station and that corresponds to a first antenna port representing a horizontal dimension. The method also includes acquiring, based on a second channel state information measurement resource, which is configured by the base station, of a second antenna port representing a vertical dimension, second channel state information. The method also includes feeding back channel state information to the base station, which includes: feeding back the first channel state information to the base station according to a first feedback mode, and feeding back the second channel state information to the base station according to a second feedback mode, where the second feedback mode is different from the first feedback mode.

The present invention provides a method, base station, and user equipment for transmitting a control channel. Grouping is performed, according to an aggregation level of the to-be-transmitted control channel, on sub-blocks in physical resource blocks configured by the base station for the to-be-transmitted control channel, then interleaving is performed, and then candidate control channels are mapped to the interleaved sub-blocks, so that any candidate control channel of the to-be-transmitted control channel is sent on consecutive time-frequency resources as possible, and meanwhile different candidate control channels are on different PRB pairs as possible. In this way, the base station may have better flexibility during actual sending of the ePDCCH, thereby not only achieving a precoding gain and facilitating better transmission of control information, but also achieving a larger scheduling gain.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for transmitting data, and the method includes: first setting at least two second resource groups in each first resource group of at least one first resource group, and setting at least two reference signals in each of the second resource groups; then encoding data to be transmitted and generating two data streams from the encoded data; then, mapping the two data streams onto an available resource element of two different antenna ports, in which the reference signals corresponding to the two different antenna ports are set on two different second resource groups; and finally, transmitting, on the available resource element of the two different antenna ports, data on the two antenna ports. The present invention is applicable to the field of communications systems.

Embodiments of the present invention provide methods for detecting and sending downlink control information and devices. The method for detecting downlink control information includes: acquiring a pilot port determining parameter that corresponds to downlink control information needing to be detected; determining, according to the pilot port determining parameter, a first-type pilot port that corresponds to the downlink control information; and detecting the downlink control information according to the first-type pilot port. In the embodiments of the present invention, user equipment can correctly detect downlink control information.

The invention concerns a method for precoding in an open loop transmission communications system, wherein the method includes precoding data at each of M REs with a precoding matrix, precoding each of DM-RSs with one column of a precoding matrix which is same as that used for precoding M data REs. The method is distinguished by using at least L≧2 different precoding matrices from a set of precoding matrices W to precode the M REs and the E allocated REs such that REs precoded with a first precoding matrix are interleaved with REs precoded with at least one additional, different precoding matrix and the number of used precoding matrices L is adapted to the transmission rank r and number N of available DM-RS. The present invention improves multiplexing efficiency of control channels of different modes.
