    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission method. The method includes: sending, by a network device, first indication information, where the first indication information includes N bits, the N bits are corresponding to M time units, the M time units are corresponding to at least one time length, a value of each bit is used to indicate whether a corresponding time unit is used to transmit data of a terminal device, M is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 1; and sending, by the network device, downlink data in a time unit that is used to transmit the data of the terminal device, where the time unit is indicated by the N bits. Therefore, a unified time domain resource indication manner can be used in different scenarios to reduce complexity of a signaling design.

    Abstract: In a data receiving method, a terminal receives first indication information, where the first indication information indicates a target frequency domain position. The terminal determines a first time-frequency resource based on a time domain position of a control resource set and the target frequency domain position, where a frequency domain position of the first time-frequency resource is the same as the target frequency domain position. The terminal receives data on a target time-frequency resource, where the target time-frequency resource includes a second time-frequency resource and a part of resources in the first time-frequency resource; or the target time-frequency resource includes a second time-frequency resource but does not include the first time-frequency resource, where N is a positive integer.

The apparatus is enable to execute comprises: receiving a second UCI on a second PUCCH without receiving a first UCI on the first PUCCH, the first UCI comprising HARQ information, and the second UCI comprising a SR; wherein a time domain position of the second PUCCH overlaps a time domain position of the first PUCCH, a priority of the second UCI is higher than a priority of the first UCI, the priority of the second UCI is a priority of a resource configuration corresponding to the second UCI, and the priority of the second UCI is greater than or equal to a first threshold.

    Abstract: Various embodiments provide a communication method. The method includes: determining, by a terminal device, first uplink control information and second uplink control information. In those embodiments, a length of a time domain resource corresponding to the first uplink control information is less than a length of a time domain resource corresponding to the second uplink control information. The first uplink control information or the second uplink control information comprises at least one of hybrid automatic repeat request information, channel state information, and scheduling request information. When the time domain resource corresponding to the first uplink control information overlaps with the time domain resource corresponding to the second uplink control information, the terminal device is configured to transmit third uplink control information on the overlapping time domain resource.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for assisting a terminal in measuring are provided, which relate to the field of communications network technologies and may implement correct measurement on signal strength of a micro base station, thereby preventing UE from incorrectly determining the signal strength of the micro base station. In embodiments of the present invention, a first base station receives a measurement result for a second base station sent by UE, where the first base station provides a service for the UE; the first base station determines, according to the measurement result, whether a handover operation needs to be started; when the handover operation needs to be started, the first base station instructs the second base station to start up, and hands over the UE to the second base station for a service provided by the second base station.

A dedicated demodulation pilot signal and a common demodulation pilot signal in a TTI may be configured on different resource blocks of the TTI. The method in embodiments of the present invention includes: determining, by a base station, a resource location that is in a TTI and that is used to send a pilot signal, where the pilot signal includes a common demodulation pilot signal and a dedicated demodulation pilot signal, and the dedicated demodulation pilot signal and the common demodulation pilot signal are located on different resource blocks of the TTI; and sending, by the base station, the pilot signal at the resource location used to send the pilot signal.

    Abstract: This application provides a method for sending uplink information in a wireless communication system that supports various services such as ultra-reliable and low latency communications (URLLC). A terminal device receives a timing advance coefficient from a network device. The terminal device determines value of a first timing advance based on a first time length and the timing advance coefficient. The first time length is one of at least two different time lengths that are supported by the terminal device. The terminal device sends the uplink information to the network device based on the first timing advance. With this method, the terminal device can uses different timing advances in different scenarios, so that diversified requirements of the fifth generation (5G) mobile communication systems for uplink synchronization are satisfied.
