The battery check device comprises a battery determining processor that determines a type of battery, when the battery is mounted in the portable electronic apparatus. An indicating processor indicates the plurality of types of batteries that can be mounted in the portable electronic apparatus. The determination circuit (40) determines whether the colliding body is a pedestrian based on the measured collision state quantity. The sensor (20) is located on an upper half region of a front end face of the bumper reinforcement member (12). Thus, accuracy of discriminating the pedestrian from other objects can be improved.

    摘要: A cell core unit and its peripheral circuit are driven by a relatively low voltage power supply. A constant voltage that does not depend on the power supply voltage is provided as a boosted voltage (VBOOST) to be supplied to a control signal for a word line of the cell core unit. A sense amplifier amplifies a higher voltage level of a bit line to the power supply voltage. Then, a circuit for generating a signal for defining the transition timing and/or the pulse width of a control signal from the peripheral circuit to the cell core unit performs signal delay using a delay circuit having a characteristic in which a delay time thereof decreases with reduction of the provided power supply voltage.

    摘要: A centrifuge includes: a rotation room chamber for defining a rotation room; a lid for closing the rotation room; a locking mechanism configured by a hook for locking the lid in a closed state; a hook catch; a driving mechanism having a link mechanism which converts the rotary movement of the driving shaft portion into a reciprocal movement; and a detection portion for detecting the engagement of the hook with the hook catch in the closed state of the lid. The detection portion includes a disc member fixed to the driving shaft portion and has a concavo-convex outer peripheral surface and sensors for detecting the concave and convex portions. The driving mechanism moves in an interlocked manner with the rotation of the disc member. The positions of the concave and convex portions of the disc member correspond to the position where the hook engages.
