    摘要: A mobile information processing device (200) obtains specific information of a user in response to an operation by the user, authenticates the user based on the specific information, establishes the first wireless communication mode, and then transmits authentication information to an information processing terminal. The information processing terminal (100) receives the authentication information from the mobile information processing device in the first wireless communication mode (A), verifies the received authentication information, generates an identification based on the resultant verification, transmits, in the first wireless communication mode, the identification to the mobile information processing device, then changes from the first wireless communication mode into the second wireless communication mode (B), and iteratively performs polling of the mobile information processing device. The mobile information processing device receives the identification from the information processing terminal in the first wireless communication mode, then changes from the first wireless communication mode to the second wireless communication mode, and transmits, in response to the polling from the information processing terminal, a reply containing the identification back to the information processing terminal in the second wireless communication mode. Thus the presence of the mobile information processing device is managed.

    摘要: In an information access system, an active-type contactless information storage device senses a carrier of an RF signal at a first frequency in time periods for carrier sensing occurring in a predetermined carrier sensing cycle period, and then in response to detection of a carrier of an RF signal at the first frequency, further receives the information request signal, while it also transmits the tag information signal at a second frequency carrying information in time periods for tag information transmission occurring in a predetermined tag information transmitting cycle period. A reader/writer device cyclically transmits an information request signal carrying values of the predetermined carrier sensing cycle period and the predetermined tag information transmitting cycle period, at a first frequency during a predetermined period of time for information request transmission, and in response to reception of a tag information signal at the second frequency, reproduces and compares received tag information with a list of tag information. In response to reception of the information request signal, the active-type contactless information storage device reproduces and sets the values of the two predetermined cycle periods into its respective timers. Thus the active-type contactless information storage device reduces its power consumption.

    摘要: A contactless information storage device for use in an information access system includes a receiver unit and a transmitter unit. The receiver unit is operable to sense a carrier at a first frequency in a slave mode and be continuously ready to receive an RF signal at a second frequency different from the first frequency in a master mode. In the slave mode, the transmitter unit transmits a response signal at the second frequency in response to reception of an information request signal. In the master mode, the transmitter unit cyclically transmits an information request signal at the first frequency in a transmission period and goes into an inactive state in a sleep period. In the slave mode, the transmitter unit and the receiver unit are caused to go into the master mode, when the receiver unit receives no information request signal in a time period longer than given periods.

In a period after the sleep time period, the control unit causes the sensor unit to operate in the operation mode, and causes the memory to store the detected data from the sensor unit that is determined in accordance with the operation mode.
