    Abstract: A generation node B (gNB) configured for aperiodic channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) triggering and transmission may encode signalling for transmission to a user equipment (UE). The signalling to indicate an aperiodic Triggering Offset (aperiodicTriggeringOffset). The aperiodic Triggering Offset may comprise a slot offset. The gNB may encode a downlink control information (DCI) for transmission that may trigger transmission of a CSI-RS in one or more aperiodic CSI-RS resource set(s) (i.e., in one or more slots (n)). The DCI triggers transmission of the aperiodic CSI-RS within a triggered slot with the slot offset (i.e., the aperiodic TriggeringOffset). The gNB may transmit the CSI-RS in resource elements of the triggered slot in accordance with the slot offset, when CSI-RS resources are available in the slot at the slot offset. The gNB may postpone transmission of the aperiodically triggered CSI-RS to a first available downlink slot when the CSI-RS resources are not available in the triggered slot at the slot offset.

    Abstract: An apparatus and system for aperiodic sounding reference signals (SRS) transmission are described. Downlink control information (DCI) format 2_3 indicates a Transmission Configuration Indicator (TCI) state for beam indication for transmission of an SRS triggered by the DCI. An explicit field is added to the DCI to indicate the TCI state or the TCI state of the scheduling carrier used to transmit the DCI is used for the SRS.     Abstract: A user equipment (UE) configured for operation in a fifth-generation (5G) new radio (NR) (5G-NR) system may decode a downlink control information (DCI) format comprising one of DCI format 0_1 and DCI format 0_2. When the DCI format does not schedule a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and does not trigger a sounding reference signal (SRS) transmission, and when the DCI format at least triggers a channel state information (CSI) request including at least one of a CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) operation, a CSI interference measurement (CSI-IM), and a CSI report transmission, the UE may interpret one or more fields of the DCI format that would normally be used for PUSCH scheduling and/or SRS triggering as indicating additional information or parameters for the triggered CSI request. The UE may perform the triggered CSI request using at least the information in the one or more repurposed fields of the DCI.

    Abstract: An apparatus and system for uplink power control in multi-transmission/reception point (TRP) operation are described. Power control of sounding reference signals (SRS) to different TRPs is indicated in downlink control information (DCI). The SRS power control adjustments states may be related to or separate from physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) power control adjustments states to the TRPs and may be indicated intrinsically based on order or extrinsically using additional bits in the DCI. Multiple SRS resource sets are used for codebook-based transmission, which is used for the mapping between SRS resource index (SRI) and pathloss reference signal, spatial relation, P0 and alpha value.
