    摘要： An implant adapted to treat various pelvic disorders can include one or more imaging features constructed of a material adapted to provide visualization on an imaging machine (e.g., X-Ray, fluoroscopy, etc.). The imaging feature generally follows along the perimeter shape of at least a portion of the implant to visually confirm how the implant is lying in a patient's body during implantation. The imaging feature can be constructed of a wire (e.g., platinum-iridium), a radio-opaque material or substance, or like materials or constructs adapted to provide the desired visualization.

The feedthrough member further includes a second part and a bend, which is located between the first and second parts. The second part of the feedthrough member extends away from the contact and through a port formed in the insulative base adjacent to the contact.

The flow profiles of the gases are controlled with two or more sets of adjustable gas flow injectors. The methods are particularly useful for selective deposition of gases in a CVD system using volatile combinations of precursors and etchants. In either case, the gases are provided along separate flow paths that intersect in a relatively open reaction space, rather than in more confined upstream locations.

    摘要： An adapter for coupling a plug of an implantable neurostimulator lead extension to a connector port of a neurostimulator device includes an elongate body, a connector including a plurality of contacts coupled to a first end of the elongate body, and a housing including at least two ports coupled to a second end of the elongate body. The adapter connector contacts provide for electrical coupling within the device port, and the adapter housing ports are arranged to receive side-by-side connector terminals of the lead extension plug. Housing contacts within each port provide for electrical coupling with corresponding contacts of the connector terminals of the lead extension plug and are coupled to corresponding contacts of the adapter connector via conductors extending within the elongate body between the housing and the connector.
