Gate signal interconnection wires are formed at a corner portion of the substrate outside the display area to transmit gate electrical signals, and provided with gate signal interconnection lines and first and second gate signal interconnection pads connected to both ends of the gate signal interconnection lines. A gate insulating layer, and a protective layer are further formed on the substrate, and provided with first and second contact holes exposing the first and second gate signal interconnection pads. Gate and data signal transmission films are attached to the substrate, and provided with first and second gate signal leads and first and second gate signal wires. The first and second gate signal leads are connected to the first and second gate signal interconnection pads through the first and second contact holes. The first or the second gate signal lead completely covers the first or the second contact hole at least in the longitudinal direction of the lead.

A gate line is formed on a substrate in a horizontal direction and a data repair line is formed on the same layer as the gate line in a vertical direction. The repair line is divided into two portions with respect to the gate line. A gate insulating film is formed on the gate line and the data repair line, and a data line is formed on the gate insulating film along the repair line having a smaller width than the repair line, a passivation film being deposited thereon. Contact holes are formed in the passivation film, and contact holes to expose both ends of the divided repair line are formed in the passivation film and gate insulating film. A transparent connecting pattern formed on the passivation film contacts the data line and the repair line through the contact holes. Both ends of the repair line are extended from the data line. A pixel electrode is formed on the passivation film, and the pixel electrode overlaps the edges of the repair line at a predetermined width. The repair line functions as a signal transmitting path when the data line is disconnected, and as a black matrix for blocking light-leakage. The transparent connecting pattern acts as a path when the data line is disconnected at the portion where the gate line intersects the data line.

The period of the scanning signal and the image signal being read from a frame memory is twice that of the image signal being written into a frame memory or that of the scanning signal of a conventional art. Therefore, the time for applying the image signal to the pixels increase twice. In addition, the image signals in a frame are continuously applied into the first row pixels to the last row pixels, and thus each row pixels have the same driving conditions.

The first and second viewing angle characteristics are chosen such that they visually combine so as to widen an overall viewing angle of the display. More particularly, the present invention is directed to a method for classifying genotype or subtype of query sequence, comprising: (i) selecting base sequences of various viruses of which genotypes or subtypes are known as reference sequences and obtaining a distance matrix by calculating distances between sequences in a multiple alignment of said reference sequences; and (ii) developing a discriminant equation which may classify the reference sequences by performing discriminant analysis for a cluster obtained by clustering said reference sequences through multidimensional scaling of the distance matrix, followed by classifying genotype or subtype of a query sequence according to said discriminant equation.

A donor substrate having a plurality of recesses and isolation structures may be provided. The isolation structures may be defined by the recesses. A first electrode is formed on a first substrate. A pixel defining layer may be formed on the first electrode to define a plurality of pixel regions. The donor substrate may be arranged over the first substrate, and a laser induced thermal imaging process may be performed to form a plurality of light emitting layers in the pixel regions. A second electrode may be formed on the pixel defining layer and the light emitting layers. The organic light emitting layers having minute dimensions may be effectively obtained from the donor substrate. The isolation structures may be formed integrally with the substrate, and thus the donor substrate may be easily recycled after the laser induced thermal imaging process.
