Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for measuring non-serving entities in a wireless communication system. A method for a terminal to perform measurements in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment disclosed herein, comprises the steps of: receiving, from a network, configuration information about one or more resources to be measured associated with one or more non-serving entities, respectively; monitoring occurrences of events on the basis of the measurement results for the one or more resources to be measured; and transmitting instruction information based on the events to the network, wherein the threshold for the measurement results serving as the basis for the occurrence of events for the non-serving entities is equal to or lower than the threshold for measurement results serving as the basis for the occurrence of events for serving entities.
