    Abstract: A method for restarting a prohibit timer in a wireless communication system, the method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes starting the prohibit timer related to a transmission of power preference information; receiving, from a network, a handover message including a timer value; performing a handover procedure based on the received handover message; restarting the prohibit timer based on applying the received timer value included in the handover message; and stopping the prohibit timer based on whether the UE initiates radio resource control (RRC) re-establishment procedure while the prohibit timer is running. Further, upon initiating the RRC re-establishment procedure, the UE disables the transmission of the power preference information and stops the prohibit timer.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for a terminal for carrying out access control according to one disclosure of the present specification. The method may comprise the steps of: an access stratum (AS) layer of the terminal transmitting, to a base station, a radio resource control (RRC) message comprising one or more from among an access category, call type, and setup reason if the determination is for no disconnection to occur as a result of carrying out a termination test for access control; and receiving an RRC reject message or RRC connection drop message from the base station if the network is overloaded or congested. One or more from among the access category, call type, and setup reason included in the RRC message can he utilized to determine whether the base station is to transmit the RRC reject message or RRC connection drop message when the network is overloaded or congested.

    Abstract: User equipment (UE) can transmit UE support data for semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) to an evolved NodeB (eNB) in order to effectively allocate SPS resources for vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication. The release of SPS can be directed by means of the UE support data. More specifically, a terminal receives, from an eNB, a plurality of SPS configurations for a plurality of logical channels, and transmits, to the eNB, UE support data comprising an SPS release directive for any one logical channel from among the plurality of logical channels.

The method may comprise: a step of receiving, from a base station, a configuration indicating if data transmission through a certain radio bearer is permitted in an RRC_INACTIVE state; a step of entering the RRC_INACTIVE state; and a step of determining, based on the configuration, whether or not to suspend the certain radio bearer in the RRC_INACTIVE state.
