On an inner wall of a rear plate 22b of the rotating frame 22, there is provided an up and down movable member 47 which moves downward together with the claw members 30, 31 when the rotating frame 22 is rotated by 180 degrees. Into the first and third guide grooves 25 and 27, there have been previously inserted empty pallets 9 with such a posture that their front surfaces 11 face downward. By moving the claw members 30, 31 along the slots 32b, 32d, the pallets 9 having discs D placed thereon are drawn into the second and fourth guide grooves 26 and 28 such that these pallets 9 are opposed to the upper empty pallets 9. In this condition, when the rotating frame 22 is rotated by 180 degrees, the discs D are turned-over and are placed on the lower empty pallets 9.

    摘要: An image recognition method and device detects an object mark reliably even when the mark is defaced with a different color. RGB signals are transmitted to color extraction unit. The color extraction unit has a characteristic color extraction block to extract the characteristic color of the object mark. A binary image is generated from the extracted pixels which are the color of the mark and stored in storage device. A mark detection unit detects the location of the mark in the stored image data and an image extraction unit extracts the region where the mark is located and obtains a feature count. A matching unit compares the feature count with a reference pattern and finds the goodness of fit. A control unit subjects the goodness of fit value to threshold value processing to determine whether this is a nonreproducible document. If the mark has been defaced with black ink, the pixels constituting the mark are extracted by a likely color extraction block. A binary image is generated and stored in storage device. Thus, the defaced mark can undergo the same recognition processing as the normal mark, and both can be recognized.

    摘要: An apparatus for processing a video signal by adjusting the contour of a picture. The apparatus includes an arrangement from a delay circuit 2 to a subtraction circuit 5 for extracting a contour of the picture and generating at least a signal opposite in polarity to a contour enhancement signal enhancing the extracted contour. The signal polarity is continuously varied from a maximum value of a positive polarity to a maximum value of an opposite polarity by a variable resistor RV2, an output of which is added to the input video signal by an addition circuit 6. With the processing apparatus, a picture can not only be raised in resolution as felt by the viewer, that is can be enhanced in contour, but also can be lowered in resolution as felt by the user, that is can be softened in contour. A corresponding method for processing a video signal by adjusting the contour of a picture and a video camera having the apparatus for processing the video signal in this manner are also disclosed.
